Beautiful condo with a great view. It was a lovely home away from home for the weekend.
The pool and hot tub entertained us for hours! The condo was quiet, roomie and provided all we needed to enjoy our stay.
There was a little bit of an ant issue in the kitchen and no wifi available, but we enjoyed our stay regardless! Thank you!
Lovely Long Weekend!
My husband, son and I had a lovely long weekend staying in this condo in the summer of 2017. The hot tub was very relaxing and a nice thing to do after a long day. The space is very well appointed and offers everything a family might need for time away. We went down the road for soup and sandwiches which were delicious! The master bed was a bit on the hard side for my liking so I slept on the pull-out sofa down stairs which was uncommonly comfortable. Gorgeous weather, gorgeous location!
We stayed here for spring break week with our kids. The location was perfect for skiing at Purgatory mountain. The views from the condo are awesome. It was spacious and clean. It was a great week.
The property was clean and nice.
I searched Telluride, CO, where my friends had purchased tickets to attend a festival. I booked this room as it was the first that appeared in the Telluride area. When we got there we realized it was 2.5 hours from Telluride, and another half hour from Durango. It's in the middle of nowhere, which is fine, it's very nice, it's just not anywhere near a town or civilization. If you're going to this place bring food, wine, water, whatever you need because nothing is around it for atleast a half hour.
There was also water damage (A leak) in our ceiling, so when we took a bath upstairs, the water leaked down and caused a flood in the kitchen.
The hot tub didn't work in the main area, was very cold.
Third, I left my glasses at the property and called to see if anyone on the cleaning staff had picked them up. While the owner was nice, no one ever called me back or returned my glasses so I had to purchase new ones. This weekend I ended up driving 25 hours in 3 days, losing $400 dollar glasses, and when I called the owner to ask why the property wasn't in Telluride, I was told "what are you going to do about it, you should have double checked" -- didn't leave me wanting to ever use VRBO again.
Our family LOVED everything about this condo: spotless, spacious, spectacular views, attention to details, and location! We enjoyed coming "home" after skiing every day. Chris was great to work with. We looked forward to returning in the future. p.s. the pictures on this listing do not do this place justice, especially those of the master bedroom & bathroom ... just lovely!
