Why Ken Sult chose Isle of Palms
After owning and renting 204a, the opportunity came up to repeat the fun of offering an affordable place to stay to more people. We love the IOP and love sharing with others. I just added to the condo a display table full of fossil sharks teeth, white shark, megladon, tiger shark, horse teeth fossils..and some recent carribean reef shark teeth for comparison.
What makes this Condo unique
3 words made us fall in love with Oceanside. Location location location...the beach...these condo offer the best value on the Island. The condo is walking distance to the beach the bars the restaurants. Nobody else will have a fossil display quite like mine. it will amaze you and your kids.

We arrived early and were granted access at 2:00. The plumbing problem we encountered was corrected quickly and the property manager was very accessible. It’s a great location and being on the 3rd floor, there’s no one above. It gets a bit busy on the road in front of the property on the weekend due to the public beach across the street. The pool is also conveniently located next to the building. As a decorating contractor, I noticed that it could use a refresh, but overall it’s a nice condo with comfortable beds and furnishings. If we planned another trip to Charleston, I’d definitely consider staying there again.
I’d also like to note that although we brought our own games, there are several onsite as well as a beach umbrella and chairs and even a few boogie boards to use. (Much to the delight of the teenagers in our group) Also, access to Charleston is very convenient. If you’re into history, Ft. Moultrie is up the road and Patriots point is about 10 minutes away.
If you have any questions as to the amenities, the owner answers quickly. And if you forget anything, there’s a Target nearby across the bridge. Enjoy!

Short Walk To Beach
I would have given a 5 star, if I didn't have to clean the dishes ,pot and pans, silverware,glasses etc. before using very greasy and dirty. The owner should supply dishwasher detergent, dish soap. The owner supplies nothing. You have to buy everything from saran wrap to coffee filter etec. GREAT location. It is on the 3rd flood was not crazy about that. I would recommend this condo.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was so nice to be within a block of the beach. We were out and about most days exploring Charleston. Evenings were relaxing at the condo. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the showers was great and we never ran out of hot water. Small things mean a lot!
