We loved it!-Walking distance to the beach, well decorated, comfortable & clean

My family and I felt relaxed, the minute we opened the door. It has a nice light and airy feel along the high quality and modern decor made us feel right at home. There was plenty of room for the four of us and my kids loved that they each got their own room. One of our favorite things to do during our stay was to take a casual walk over to the beach and spend a few hours relaxing. We'd only passed through Carpinteria before our stay here and were so happy we weren't just passing through this time. We gained such an appreciation for this quaint and casual beach town. It was just the right speed for us. Not too busy, not too slow-paced. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great House!!!

I really enjoyed my time at Village Gardens. The city (Carpinteria) is great; the house has very good location. All the appliences, beds, sheets make it more confortable. I highly recomend this property. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids and we absolutely enjoyed.

Loved our Stay at this Newly Renovated Home

My family rents homes while on vacation (Hawaii, Italy, Japan, etc.). By far, this condominium was one of our favorite vacation homes. We loved our stay at this charming home! The condominium is completely renovated with new furniture and appliances, including a full-size washer and dryer. Since it has 3 bedrooms -- two bedrooms with double and twin bunk beds in each room and a master bedroom on a separate floor -- we were able to bring our 2 teenagers with their friends, while we enjoyed the third floor master bedroom. With its excellent floor plan, this home can easily accommodate a multi-generational vacation. We would definitely stay at this home again. We also love that this home is conveniently located in Carpinteria, with the beach, restaurants, and local shops all within walking distance, while it is also only 10-minute drive to the heart of Santa Barbara. In fact, we walked to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores every day. In a week, we were able to unwind in laid back Carpinteria and still managed to go shopping, wine tasting, and dining at many good restaurants in the Santa Barbara area. This Carpinteria home combined my true definition of a dream vacation!

Spacious, clean, chic townhouse

The place is located close enough where we could walk to beach w/ teenage kids but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. It is also a few blocks' walk from a row of great restaurants and markets. The full kitchen and laundry made it easy to save money by cooking some meals and washing last-minute clothes if we ran out. There are four beds: one is a sofa bed and two bunk beds so our kids could bring their friends with them. Overall, a treasure in Carpinteria and we will definitely be back for our 2nd trip!
