In the Baronne House – Lower Apartment the amenities are updated but still blend with the historic 100 year old property. The house features red brick, original architectural details, and courtyard gardens. There are two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and there is an additional queen size convertible sofa in the living room.

The gourmet kitchen features a gas range, microwave, cookware, and the cooking utensils you will need. Extra linens, towels, ironing board, iron, washing machine and dryer will make your extended trip very comfortable.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The Baronne House is located in Uptown with tree-lined streets and beautiful New Orleans houses. While it is mainly a residential neighborhood, there are an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great Experience in the most beautiful neighborhood in NOLA!

This apartment’s location cannot be beat! If you want to stay Uptown, this location is in the center of everything. Walk to the Lower Garden District, Magazine Street or Audubon Park. Street Parking is never a problem, but no need to drive. Just hop on the Streetcar (2 Block’s way), or Uber/Lyft anywhere. There are plenty of linens and towels, and Eric was very accommodating. We also loved the little yard, and loved sitting outside on a beautiful December day! Easy check in and out. We would stay here again.

Just like HOME!

Walking into this beautiful well stock home made me feel as I was at home. The decor, the televisions in every room, the side door to the patio, the laundry room, the cozy living area, the long window covering, the amazing matresses in the beds, all so perfect. A perfect home for my senior parents and I. The best part was the HOST! Attentive and ready to help. Near a steak house, an oyster seafood restaurant, and one WALKING block from a phenomenal coffee shop with fantastic coffee, pastries and BK. You won't go wrong if you stay here!

Delightful stay in the Garden District

The apartment has a lot of vintage charm, yet it is very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the super-effective AC. Our host, Eric, was helpful and responsive. The Garden District location is beautiful, and it is great to take the streetcar to the French Quarter.
