It is nestled in the woods yet less than 1 mile from the center of Winter Park. The large open floor plan (1300sq ft) features an ample common area with dining, comfortable sofas, flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, an exterior deck with mountain views in the front and 1 in the back, large windows allows lots of natural light and views. The Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8 comfortably, but has room for more.

We live full time near Denver but are regulars in Winter Park during the ski season and occasional visitors during the other seasons. We are a family of avid skiers/snowboarders, hikers, and mountain bikers. Anything outdoors!

Our family has been coming to Winter Park since 2000 and have enjoyed our time here so much that we decided to purchase somewhere that we could get even more out of our time here. We chose this property for the great mountain feel that many other condos lack and for the open floor plan that suits our lifestyle. We love that it is close to the resort and all the great bars, restaurants, and shopping in the town of Winter Park. The size and layout is perfect for two families with kids. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space!
What makes this Condo unique
This condo has the perfect layout to enjoy together! It is a very large open layout and has lots of natural light from all the windows. It is close enough to easily get to the bars and restaurants downtown but at the same time be far enough away to have a true mountain feel. The covered parking is a nice bonus too!

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The kids loved the location of the condo, there were hills right outside where they played in the snow for hours each day. We hiked all through the neighborhood just taking in the picturesque views. We tried snowboarding at Granby Ski Ranch, my nephew picked it right up, but the rest of us struggled. That just gives us a reason for a return trip next Christmas. There is a center with dozens of shops and small restaurants just down the road from the condo. The shops are awesome, with something for everyone. We ate dinner at Leo's Kitchen our last night there, and it is one of the best meals we have ever had (ask about the butcher's cut). The condo is spacious and well stocked, and you cannot beat the location. A short walk from the public Lyft, and close enough to shopping and dining to walk. We will definitely go back!
Great space in Vasquez Village
This is a great condo for at least two families. The furnishings were great, the location was perfect and everything was in great working order. Thank you so much!

We really had a wonderful stay at Mike's place. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the mountains. Close to grocery and restaurants. Rocky mountain state park and Grand lake are just within 45 minutes drive.
The house was very spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities one would need.
We would definitely plan to stay here again. I would recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit this area.
Great place for my wife and our four kids (23, 21, 18, and 15)
The owners are super easy to work with. The whole process was handled with a couple of e-mails. The main area is quite roomy (the place is a couple hundred square feet bigger than some other places I looked at). Having two full bathroom is a great benefit. The kitchen is well stocked (better than we were hoping). The entire neighborhood is nice as we took a few walks a couple of evening during our stay. It is obvious Mike is thinking of the small things that will make your stay enjoyable. Posted on the wall was a cheat sheet as to how to work all the electronics and other helpful tips.
Beautiful home in a beautiful place!
This rental was a gem. The 4 adults and one child that stayed here for the fourth of July weekend absolutely loved it. There were plenty of dishes for us to use. The kitchen was big enough that 4 adults could be in there helping to fix dinner and not fight for space. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets if anybody was cold. The location was great, as we could get to the heart of the town or the resort in a matter of minutes. The only complaint that I could see would be the parking garage. It is not in the owner's control, but if you have a larger vehicle (minivan, large SUV) the parking in the basement level could be really tight. We have a Toyota Highlander, and we did scrape a passenger door (a little scrape) on one of the posts. Overall, we would definitely stay at this rental again with no hesitation. Thank you to the owners of this condo, it was a fantastic place to stay!
