Paradise Gardens IV (which has recently won an International 4 star award for best Cypriot development) is located in a quiet residential area on the very edge of all that Kato Paphos has to offer. Within easy walking distance of the beach, harbour, bars and restaurants, this complex is unique in its private location and intimate layout. This peaceful setting is ideal for getting away from it all and having a relaxing holiday, the perfect location to just lay back and recharge your batteries. The apartment is part of a small intimate complex set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with two swimming pools, this is truly paradise. Air conditioning is included in the price. I feel I have included everything you could possibly need to make it a comfortable stay.
A bus runs from the bus stop at the top of the complex to Debenhams (near the harbour) every 30 mins at 20 to and 10 past the hour. From 08.40 to 18.00 ish in the winter and 23.00 ish in the summer 1 Euro 50 cents for a single journey. Every hour in the summer from approx 4pm.
This immaculate first floor, airconditioned apartment will accommodate 2 people. It has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with two sofas and dining area with table and 4 chairs, fully tiled bathroom and double bedroom. All windows have fly screens fitted. The lounge leads directly onto a very private tree shaded balcony, providing welcome respite from the sun, a cool oasis in the heat of the day and the perfect place for those pre-dinner cocktails and Al Fresco eating.
There are 2 sunbeds, a table & 2 chairs, an umbrella & clothes dryer.
There are Ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and Bedroom. There are 2 air conditioning units one in the living area & one in the bedroom for the hotter months when the fans are not enough.
For the winter months there are wall mounted radiators in the living area and bedroom. Also carpets and throws.
This small residential resort complex is a mix of maisonettes and 4 apartment blocks. The apartment has a lovely pool view, although it is far enough away to ensure your privacy, and overlooks landscaped gardens and trees.
There is a caretaker week days located in the small office by the pool who can help with problems regarding the complex. Also the apartment manager lives onsite and is always happy to help with problems with the apartment. There are 2 Mini-Markets suitable for all your immediate needs located either side of the access road to the complex (about 50m), there is also a taverna next to the mini market Pambi's diner which is a firm favourite with our guests, locals & us!
Larger supermarkets are about a 5 minute drive, or opposite the bus station if you go by bus. The local pubs, tavernas/restaurants and bar street are a 15 minute stroll. The harbour and beach are a 20 minute stroll from the apartment or catch the bus from the entrance of the complex every 30 mins. In short you have the best of both worlds, a quiet peaceful location to relax in, with all the nightlife you could wish for only a few minutes away
This is a unique complex very private and quiet, a little oasis set back from the main road. Yet only a short walk from the hub of Paphos centre and harbour.

Car: Not Necessary
Paphos simply has too much on offer to list. This world heritage site has everything for the culture vulture, the sun lover and everyone in-between. At the harbour there are the house of dionysus mosiacs and a little further on the catacombs and the tomb of the kings. A full range of watersports are available locally, from sub-aqua to those 'traditional' white knuckle water rides. Boat trips depart from the harbour area on a regular basis, exploring the local coastline inc fishing and glass bottom boat trips
The Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsula are only a short drive away (about an hour), perfect for those interested in trekking, walking or just touring in the car. Of course, in the winter months ski-ing is also possible in Troodos with 4 Ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants at Mount Olympus
Also Polis and Latchi with it's picturesque harbour and wonderful seafood restaurants,and the baths of Aphrodite.
The rock of Aphrodite and Kourion site are also well worth a visit.

About the owner: I am English was born in Beverley East Yorkshire and am in my early 50's. I currently live in Paphos Cyprus. I am married with 2 grown up children and 2 beautiful granddaughters.
Why the Owner Chose Paphos, Cyprus:
I bought this property off plan in 2004 and it was ready to move in October 2005. I chose it because it is so different to the other complexes in Paphos. It is not set in the usual circle around a pool and from what I have seen quite unique in its design. One long row of properties all South facing over trees and fields making it feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet within a few minutes walk you are in the heart of Kato Paphos with its restaurants, bars, tavernas, beaches and harbour. I have a lovely view of the pool without being on top of it which makes it very private. I have made the apartment a home from home so it doesn't give the soul less feeling you get when you walk into the majority of holiday homes.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
Being able to sit on the balcony even in the middle of the day in summer because of the lovely shade provided by the trees. The sun can be fierce in July and August and unpleasant to sit outside and have a leisurely lunch without shade. So it is a real bonus. It is so private I regularily have my breakfast sat on my balcony in my Pyjamas! It is lovely to sit with a cup of tea first thing in the morning and listen to the birds sing in the trees and the donkeys braying in the field nearby. But walk outside the front door and within 2 minutes you are at the local mini market or the Pambis diner (local taverna). Also the bus stop is at the top of the complex which takes you to the harbour. Or take a gentle 20 minute stroll to the harbour with no hills!! The choice of two pools one with full sun the other (closest to me) with some welcome shade. Having my manager live in the same complex so she is around to offer help and advice. I live close by so can be contacted for problems.
