It's time to get away, so why not make this Seaside vacation rental your home base for your Oregon coast getaway? The Bilbery is a beachfront condo at the Sand & Sea, which includes an in-home fireplace, on-site sauna, and pool.
Just steps away are restaurants, shops, and even a family-friendly aquarium. The main drag of Seaside - Broadway Street- is two blocks north and offers even more options.
As soon as you step into this first-floor condo, you'll want to take in the ocean view from the balcony. From there you can see the Promenade, which is a lovely paved path that you can stroll or bike along.
Inside, you'll also have a cozy gas fireplace where you can warm up during cool nights. There's also WiFi and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a quick meal to enjoy at the sun-drenched dining table.
Four guests will have plenty of room to sleep in each of the two private bedrooms that feature a queen-size bed each. Two bathrooms allow each room to have its own space. If you need a washer and dryer, there's one right in the unit.
Once you're ready to go to the beach, all you have to do is walk across the Promenade! If you want to get in from the sun, take a dip at the indoor pool and if you want to relax your muscles, relax in the sauna. Stroll into town for a sandwich and beer for a low-key night out.
You deserve a break, and this Northern Oregon coast condo is perfect!
*Please note that if your stay occurs during the timeframe of December 12, 2016 through March 19, 2017 there will be a painting and maintenance project occurring at the property. While the project is happening the building will be scaffolded and wrapped on the parking lot side. There should be no obstruction to our exterior ocean views and balconies. Some noise is expected from the work but the impact to your stay should be minimal. We’re looking forward to having you and appreciate your patience as we make improvements at Sand and Sea.*
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great area to stay in. The unit was good overall though it is a little dated. The mattresses in both bedrooms are less than desirable and left me achy and sore. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again.
Nice central location. You can walk to beach and downtown. The rechargeable flashlights were nice because they provided light when the power went out because of the wind.
Was nice overall. We decided to leave a day early because of the storm that was due to hit Saturday afternoon.
Vacasa was enjoyable to work with. I would be happy to stay with them but in a property that the beds were newer. The old but very clean décor was of little importance since we were very busy and only at the condo for a few hours a day.
Was exactly what we were wanting for a rental condo at the beach. Kitchen and living room were comfortable and outfitted for relaxing and eating-in. The location and proximity to the beach can't be beat. The master bedroom mattress was pretty poor. Very squeaky and a little pokey with springs.
The first night we were there, a new owner of the condo above us was up until 11:00p doing construction. I had to go up and ask them to stop working until the morning. They installed a laminate floor, which may be problematic if they use it as a rental.
