It's time to get away, so why not make this Seaside vacation rental your home base for your Oregon coast getaway? The Bilbery is a beachfront condo at the Sand & Sea, which includes an in-home fireplace, on-site sauna, and pool.
Just steps away are restaurants, shops, and even a family-friendly aquarium. The main drag of Seaside - Broadway Street- is two blocks north and offers even more options.
As soon as you step into this first-floor condo, you'll want to take in the ocean view from the balcony. From there you can see the Promenade, which is a lovely paved path that you can stroll or bike along.
Inside, you'll also have a cozy gas fireplace where you can warm up during cool nights. There's also WiFi and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a quick meal to enjoy at the sun-drenched dining table.
Four guests will have plenty of room to sleep in each of the two private bedrooms that feature a queen-size bed each. Two bathrooms allow each room to have its own space. If you need a washer and dryer, there's one right in the unit.
Once you're ready to go to the beach, all you have to do is walk across the Promenade! If you want to get in from the sun, take a dip at the indoor pool and if you want to relax your muscles, relax in the sauna. Stroll into town for a sandwich and beer for a low-key night out.
You deserve a break, and this Northern Oregon coast condo is perfect!

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We really enjoyed living in the property with very quiet environments. Everyone we came across in the property was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and everything inside our condo was nice, just like living at home away from home. I'll look foward to vacation here in future and will also recommend friends to consider making bookings here
Great location! Condos were run down and older. Feel like the place could use a major renovation and the places could probably rent for more.
We had a great time. The only thing we where dissatisfied with was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was terrible, only one person could sleep in the bed the other ended up out on the sofa.
The bilberry was basic but very functional. Had everything we needed and location was great.
A few quirks and dated items. Price and location more than made up for it. Staff was helpful. We will definitely return. A bargain for families for sure!
I had many issues with our stay at the Sand and Sea. I first got an email saying check in was available early so when we showed up the hostest said she didnt know anything about that as it was came from rental company and not the hotel. So she said she just hoped that our room was clean and would let us check in. So we asked her suggestions on places to eat, what to do etc, and she literally said she didn't know anywhere to eat and had no suggestions as she didn't want her husband to even watch her eat. Weird right? Then we get to our room, definitely out dated, and our trash was full. So the cleaning company never cleaned up. Then the remote to our dvd player didnt work, we were told there were coffee filters and there wasnt. So when i went to get our dvd remote fixed the front desk gal said she knew nothing about fixing our remote. I proceeded to tell her about the garbage being full and she said just email the company. Our phone in the room didnt work, i couldnt call the front desk, overall if it wasnt for the company i was with, or the fact i was near the ocean, the trip would have been really annoying!
