Here on Seaside's Promenade, right across from the ocean beach, you'll be within strolling or biking distance of an assortment of eateries and shops.

This simple, tasteful condo offers partial views of the ocean from the private balcony. Settle in on one of the two sofas (or take one sofa for yourself!) in the living room, let the fireplace warm your toes as a movie plays on the cable TV and DVD player, and check email or watch YouTube via the free WiFi.

The updated kitchen offers gorgeous stainless steel appliances, dark countertops, and a tile backsplash. With a dishwasher for easy cleaning and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and the dining room table you'll be able to spread out comfortably.

Take long strolls on the beach, or walk the Promenade and people-watch. Seaside has plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and activities for all ages, but nobody will blame you if you want to spend your entire stay enjoying the beach.

Seaside Condo

The location is great, Seaside is an awesome little town. The condo could used a MAJOR cleaning as there was dust under everything, candies under the sofa, lipstick on most of the cups. As well the bathrooms likely need an update or an overhaul as the shower doors are getting pretty rough and the chatting in the showers is getting quite mouldy.

Not as expected

We spent most of our time away from the condo, it has just the room we needed, but we walked in and the dishwasher was broken ( it did have a sign on it ) but the bathrooms needs to be addressed shower faucets both need to be replaced they are about to fall off, the tile is missing grout everywhere very dangerous for young kids, mold all around the bath tubs both of them, and the dryer did not work had to air dry our cloths we just washed very inconvenient for the money this place asked for these things need to be addressed, We have stayed at the sand and sea several times and found it to be great except this time

Decent Unit

This unit had some updates but definitely showed wear on the flooring, bathrooms are only partially updated and the electrical in bedrooms need work. On the plus side it was clean and had great views of the Prom and ocean.

Great location

Great stay. This unit needs maintenance. Floor needs replaced. Dining room chairs are terrible. Very uncomfortable. Toilet paper holder is loose in left bedroom bath. Right beside light appears to have a short in it.

Family trip

Stayed on our family trip to Oregon. This was one of four locations we stayed as we toured the state. Very nice beach and great location. Stay was great for the family and rental met all expectations.
