Noise Issues but Nice Condo Othwrwise

  • 3 of 5

This condo is in a great city. The living areas and bedrooms are comfortable and a good size but the bathroom was tight for two people, I can’t imagine having four. My biggest complaint with this property was the noise in the walls. I do not consider myself a light sleeper but I couldn’t sleep with the tapping / knocking sounds coming from the walls. Earplugs were provided so this obviously has been an issue in the past. I don’t really want to spend my vacation in earplugs so I don’t think we will be back, which is a shame because this really is a nice property.

wonderful condo in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

Fabulous find - great space, comfy spacious sofa, good kitchen, bedrooms, fabulous shower and great location - close to downtown Frisco, bike trail to copper, close to hiking trails. Only complaint is lack of recycling - only one dumpster for trash and recyclables.

Clean and well maintained. No problem with gaining entrance with lockbox and instructions.

  • 5 of 5

From a senior's perspective, you should have a shower mat or a grab bar for the bathtub. It was too slippery. Otherwise no problems.

The place shows exactly as the photos. We visited in the summer, so it was so convinent to hikes, bike trails and Main St. We would visit again.

Great location for hiking and biking!

  • 4 of 5

We loved the location of this condo. It was about a block from the bike path going to Breckinridge or Copper Mountain and a major trail head. It was also only four blocks from Main Street. One of the major reasons for coming to Frisco in the summer was to take advantage of the beautiful hiking and biking trails.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we felt were necessary. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus as many of the other condos we looked at did not offer a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils.

The only reason this was not a five star for us was an issue we had with the noise from the unit above us. We knew when reserving that this was a downstairs unit. So, having lived in apartments before, we expected there would be some noise. The noise we did not expect was from the upstairs units TV. It sounded as though it was right above the master bedroom and was on til late at night.

We did email Mark about the problem. He contacted the owners of our unit, who then contacted the people in the unit above. The TV noise continued, but it only lasted until 10:00 pm. Previous to us contacting Mark, the TV noise was often heard past midnight.

As we said, the place was great. Mark was extremely responsive. So, overall, we enjoyed our stay.
