Clean and well maintained. No problem with gaining entrance with lockbox and instructions.

From a senior's perspective, you should have a shower mat or a grab bar for the bathtub. It was too slippery. Otherwise no problems.

Perfect vacation

The place shows exactly as the photos. We visited in the summer, so it was so convinent to hikes, bike trails and Main St. We would visit again.

Great location for hiking and biking!

  • 4 of 5

We loved the location of this condo. It was about a block from the bike path going to Breckinridge or Copper Mountain and a major trail head. It was also only four blocks from Main Street. One of the major reasons for coming to Frisco in the summer was to take advantage of the beautiful hiking and biking trails.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we felt were necessary. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus as many of the other condos we looked at did not offer a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils.

The only reason this was not a five star for us was an issue we had with the noise from the unit above us. We knew when reserving that this was a downstairs unit. So, having lived in apartments before, we expected there would be some noise. The noise we did not expect was from the upstairs units TV. It sounded as though it was right above the master bedroom and was on til late at night.

We did email Mark about the problem. He contacted the owners of our unit, who then contacted the people in the unit above. The TV noise continued, but it only lasted until 10:00 pm. Previous to us contacting Mark, the TV noise was often heard past midnight.

As we said, the place was great. Mark was extremely responsive. So, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful mountain retreat!

  • 5 of 5

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our mountain trip! My (3) friends and I enjoyed the quiet location with the easy walk to the hustle and bustle of Main street. The condo itself was very homey and clean. The stocked kitchen made making our breakfast so easy, the living room felt spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The convenience of getting to the major ski resorts and the hiking trails (some are right around the corner just steps away from the front door) was definitely a highlight for us. Overall, a great place for a mountain retreat!

Clean, convenient location

  • 4 of 5

This place is cozy, conveniently located, clean, & recently remodeled. Props on the couch selection- very comfortable!!! The kitchen had everything we needed; it definitely felt like a home away from home. We went skiing & snowmobiling and easily made it to our adventures from this location! We appreciated the emails from the management company with suggestions to make our stay as smooth as possible. Noise was the only minor downfall of this place; the creaking pipes in the walls and the lack of insulation between floor levels kept 2/4 of us up at night. We recommend bringing ear plugs.

Owner's Response: Thanks for staying with us, and thanks for posting a review! I appreciate your honesty about the noise. However, I think it may be useful for future guests to note that in the years that we have managed this unit, no one else before you or after you has ever commented about noise by way of a review, phone call, or email.

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was perfectly located for us! It's just blocks to town and hiking trails. Very nicely furnished and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a definite plus! Mark and All Summit Accommodations was easy to work with, responsive, and accomodating to our check in schedule. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!
