300 Ocean Mile Unit L-10 'Casa La Playa' is a townhome located on the secluded east end of St. George Island and adjacent to the St. George Island State Park. It is elegantly furnished, has great views from 3 decks, and includes ceiling fans throughout. Overlook of the beach and large pool are beautiful and soothing. This vacation getaway also includes a DVD/VCR library ready for family viewing and a well stocked library of books for reading on the beach. Community grills are located just steps away by the pool.

Three Levels:
* First level - open living area with queen futon beds, full kitchen, dining, half bath, entertainment center, and deck with pool and beach view. Stairs from deck to boardwalks leading to pool and beach.
* Second level - entrance level with twin bedroom and deck and full bath.
* Third level - huge master bedroom with California-king bed, sitting area, entertainment center, upper deck overseeing beach and pool, two-room master bath with huge shower/tub and separate room furnished with full laundry facilities.

About the owner: Hello from Fred and Kathy Tosh. We live in Dawsonville, Georgia. We purchased our townhome at St. George Island because we love the fact that this beach and the whole area is quiet, unspoiled and spectacular in its beauty. We both grew up in Florida, so this says a lot about this beach community! If you like to fish, the surf fishing is awesome right behind the townhome. Bay and offshore fishing are also fantastic and we would be happy to recommend a great charter captain.
