Hi! We are a small family from Labin in Croatia. We like traveling, meeting new people, sightseeing, hiking, exploring new places... As we live near the sea, we cannot imagine a summer without swimming and sunbathing :) In 2018 we decided to become your host, because we are convinced that Istria is a region you must visit and explore. Sea, beaches, hills, historical and sacral monuments - all this can be seen within one hour car drive.
Why Tina Osmić chose Županići
This property was passed down to me from my grandmother. In 2017 we decided to start complete renovation because we always tought it is a beautiful property located in a good area. We made our dream come true and wanted to share it with you so you can experience the area the way we see it.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
