Corner unit with stunning views. Right next to the historic Del Coronado Hotel in the La Playa Tower, 7th floor. This corner unit offers spectacular wraparound views of the Ocean, Pt. Loma, and the historic Del Coronado hotel. Recent remodel and high level appointments throughout the unit.

Ocean Views from EVERY room!

Recently remodeled including brand new tile. New flatscreens smart TVs in every room & the den with complementary Hulu and Netflix in addition to expanded HD AT&T Cable.

Hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. New printer in the Den/office. High end appliances. Miele washer/dryer and vacuum. Fully furnished and well stocked. Come enjoy Coronado!!!!

Managers are local in San Diego.

Unit is rented BY MONTH. December and January are the only months that are shorter (ending on 12/29 or starting 1/3) with the option of adding the New Year's holiday if available. Rates are not always accurately represented on the site calendar so please feel free to clarify with the owner. We will consider partial months for multi-month renters.

Our monthly policy is in following the requirements set by the city of Coronado requiring a minimum rental of 26 days for all short term rentals.

Love Sunsets? This View is a Must Have!!

Condo is the complete package; terrific views, well maintained and fully equipped. This was our third year in the unit and we'll be back again. The corner unit is uniquely configured with a den/man cave. It's loaded with tech, large TV, desk, and drink station (you can't be on the beach all day); and yes a third bedroom if needed.

The Coronado Shores campus sits on the beach, has multiple pools, we'll equipped gym and the Beach Club with full schedule of activities. The location makes most of Orange Street restaurants and businesses walkable. Don't want to walk? Uber has great coverage and pick up times.

Owners are easy to work with and responsive; if needed. Thanks Colby!! Another great month in your well decorated home.

 Spectacular Floor to Ceiling Ocean Views

My wife and I enjoyed this condo for 90 days over the last two winters.  If you’re looking for a luxury condo with incredible ocean views and walking distance to Coronado’s restaurant and shopping scene, this is it.

The home is spacious, professionally decorated , and has a completely equipped kitchen with new appliances .  The main room has stunning sunset views while the den/study made an amazing a “man cave” (big screen tv, wet bar, ample shelving, desk, etc).  In addition, the master and guest bedrooms have spacious closets, along with top of the line bedding and towels. It’s a wonderful floor plan for experiencing the ocean and breeze from all of the rooms.  

The condo is well maintained, including a full renovation of the hall bathroom.  The building, La Playa, is secured with key card access and has 24 hour door staff in the lobby.  

Colby was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated the thorough move-in and welcome package.

Totally amazing condo

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay in this spectacular condo for the month of May. We cannot say enough about it. It is so well supplied and so beautifully decorated. The views are beautiful and sunsets wonderful. Colby is a pleasure to deal with. We very much look forward to another stay here. What a terrific experience and we are grateful for the experience.

Coronado Shores- Excellent Get Away

What more can one add to a beautiful location where every window has a stunning view of one of the top US beaches while also providing a view of the historic Hotel Del, the marina and downtown San Diego. Relaxing. Tranquil. Convenient. These are a few words to describe the location. No need for a car as there are a plethora of restaurants and shops within a few short blocks. If one does need a car, "uber" is at your finger tips and there is a car rental location across the street. Want to rent a boat - perhaps a jet ski, a sail boat, a fishing boat, pontoon or yacht- all are conveniently available for rent across the street at the Marina. Want to learn to surf or enjoy a fire pit on the beach, or rent some bikes to ride around the island - all is right outside the door (we watched our kids take surf lessons from the convenience of the condo). Added perks: regular fireworks from nearby Sea World and the sports stadiums, a patriotic opportunity to see the navy seals training on the beach, or maybe walk down to the historic theater and catch a current movie. Not only is the location ideal, one can enjoy a discount on amenities offered by the hotel Del as a result of staying at Coronado Shores. Any while in the condo- the managers have thought of everything. The building is secure and very well maintained with helpful staff to provide added guidance. We enjoyed out stay so much that we've already booked for next year. A beautiful location to build great memories. If your visiting Coronado for the first time or if you are familiar with the area- consider this charming location.

We rent the unit on a monthly basis. We have monthly rates which are not always accurately noted above, regardless of the number of days. December and January are the only shorter periods ending on the 12/29 or starting on January 3, with the option of adding the New Year's holiday weekend. We may consider rental periods beginning in the middle of month for longer rental periods. Please inquire with the owner for more accurate rates and information.

Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. In the event that some of the deposit is kept for repairs, we will notify you within 7 days.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
