Perfect location in a lovely condo. You can not beat the gorgeous view from the moment you walk in the door. Condo was very clean, lots of towels provided and beach essentials were great. Loved the walk out to the beach and a cool dip in the pool to finish off our day. Comfortable furniture and beds. Faucet in the kitchen is broken and made it difficult to wash the dishes. Only thin i found to be missing were tissues. Loved it here for our nine day stay and would definitely return!!
Great location. Horrible upkeep
Loved loved the location right in the beach. The view was great from the balcony and the place was very spacious. I am giving 3 stars, though, because everything was dirty. It seems like no one has actually cleaned the place in a while. We have a crawling baby and within 10 mins of being there, his knees were black and he was filthy. I had to clean the whole floor myself. I found dead bugs in the corners. I was pretty grossed out. Then the shelves had dust all over them. Also the high chair that was provided still had tons of old food on it. I got so grossed out that we didn’t even use it.
Thanks for the feedback, and so happy to hear that the location worked out well for you! We apologize for any shortcomings with the cleaning, and will schedule a full deep cleaning immediately. We'll also let the baby equipment rental company know about the high chair, and make sure that gets taken care of. Thank you!
We loved the unit, it was just enough space for us and our 3 girls!

Completely relaxing vacation - LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!!
We stayed in your condo in April, 2019. We were given early access, which was an added plus, considering we were at the airport at 5:30 a.m. The condo was everything we had hoped for, and more. Loved that it was a corner unit, so when it was windy, we could just move our chairs to the other side, and still sit outside. Also loved the first floor, in that we didn't have a long elevator ride upstairs. My personal favorite was the Keurig machine - not many units have that, and I ONLY drink DD k-cups.
We have vacationed in Madeira/Treasure Island 3x now, and this was our favorite spot. We were able to walk to John's Pass, which is hugely convenient, as it's expensive to park your vehicle there. The walk from the condo unit to the beach was a matter of steps, and to the water, just a few steps more. The fact that this unit also had sand chairs to use on the beach was a huge bonus (so we didn't have to rent beach chairs)!!!
We also enjoyed two baseball games at Tropicana Field - my special needs son LOVES baseball, and 2 of his favorite teams are the Tampa Bay Rays AND the Boston Red Sox ... so we attended 2 games while we were visiting.
I would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable restful vacation. I'm hoping the next time we visit Florida that it will be available for us as well!

Wonderful both location and to deal with.

We think beach towels should be provided since it is a beach front property.
