Newly remodeled condo inside & out will make this your best stay

Beautifully remodeled south facing condo. Smartly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium provides a perfect retreat in the desert. Featuring 1535 square feet with 2 large bedrooms each with private updated bathes. The custom door leads to the living room with high beamed ceilings, fireplace and wet bar. Ceramic tile through out the condo. Each master suite has a comfortable king size bed which provides up to 4 people a spacious and updated "home away from home". The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen includes granite counter tops, beautiful hardwood cabinets, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The unit has 3 Flat screen TV's, including a 55" mounted flat screen with blue tooth enabled sound bar in the living room. Wifi is also provided for our visitors. There are 2 private patio's to enjoy a BBQ or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Also available are 2 single portable beds for extra guests. Stay here and you will not want to leave. Note: taxes do not apply for stays greater than 28 days.

I was lucky to purchase this property in a place I love in 2012. After renting it full time for 2 years, I decided to renovate it and make it accessible to myself and my family. Since we are still working, we would like to rent it to special travelers who will appreciate this gem in the desert.

What makes this condo unique

Mission Hills Country Club is central to everything in the Coachella Valley. We love the desert life style. There are so many things to do (when you aren't golfing). This condo provides us with a home that is perfect for 2 couples, safe in a gated community, with great amenities. Stay longer than 28 days and no taxes apply!

I had the opportunity to be one of the first guests to stay at this condo. The owners have left nothing out in renovating this unit to be beautiful yet comfortable. It is light and bright and has all the amenities you need while being away from home. The beds are very comfortable and both masters are wonderful retreats at the end of a long day. The kitchen is wonderful. Love the new washer and dryer. The patios are very nice. The added pergola in the front patio provides a perfect spot for coffee in the morning.



Loved everything about our stay. Will be back.

Excellent.No Surprises.We highly recommend.

We rented for 5 months. We were unable to see the unit interior in advance and relied on the pictures. We were not disappointed,! All was as represented, Unit was clean well equipped and totally refurbished. All of the administrative aspects of the rental were very efficient and professional. In fact it was much better than what we experienced the previous year dealing with an onsite management company.

We highly recommend the rental for short or long-term use.It is located in a high end secure complex close to golf,restaurants shopping and other activities.

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for the month of Feb. It centrally located, so nothing is very far away. You can believe the photos of the place. It is exactly as advertised. It has two outdoor areas, one in the front and one in the back. The condo was completely remodeled within the last two years, and the owners did a wonderful job. The condo is large enough we were very comfortable being there for month. The owner Pam was great to work with. We would recommend this place to anyone, and hope to stay there again sometime

Upscale condo in perfect location

Not much to add to the reviews posted! The condo is spacious and very well appointed. It has great access to outdoors, with back courtyard for morning sun, and access to a dining area size patio off living room. Condo has been update fairly recently and is absolutely spotless. Both bedrooms are huge and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed. Pam has done a lovely job of making this a welcoming and perfect place to stay. It was very easy to get into the community as our name was at the gate, and directions to get key for condo was, again, very easy even in the dark. We too were technically challenged and never figured out the tv in living room. Not a big deal for us. Lots of activity to keep us busy.

Again, thank you Pam ~ it was a wonderful week!!

Gorgeous condo in Mission Hills

I have to say we were blown away by our stay at Pam's condo! Booking was easy, Pam was really easy to deal with and got back to us right away when we emailed her. She accommodated a late check in without any issues - our name was on the list at the gate and we were provided with a gate buzzer once we were in the condo.

The condo is really spacious (more so than the pictures show), immaculately clean and decorated beautifully! The beds are comfortable and were foam mattresses I think which we really liked. The main master bath is so luxurious! We had lots of towels and even bathroom toiletries to use. Both bedrooms had lots of closet space, the smaller room even had a walk in closet. We didn't use the extra single beds but there were two there in case you needed them for kids.

The kitchen was fully stocked, knives were nice and sharp, had everything we needed there. We didn't cook much though.

The patios are one of the best features of the unit! The front patio faces southeast, has two comfy chairs and got morning sun nice and early. The back patio is larger with loungers and a table and chairs and started to get partial sun from about 1030am, which was perfect for a mix of sun and shade! It backs onto a road, but it's just a small road for people with units in the area, so it didn't impact us at all. In fact it felt very private. The community pool and hot tub are about 20 steps away, on the other side of the next unit and we had it to ourselves whenever we were there. Very nice location for the pool again with partial sun and shade and lots of loungers.

The golf was excellent, as was the food! You are located about halfway between Palm Springs and Palm Desert downtown areas, which worked well for us as we could choose either to drive to for dinners or shopping. There is a great little Mexican grocery store nearby (Cardenas) which we really liked - they have a fresh smoothie/agua fresca bar and a grab and go window for tacos, burritos etc which were really yummy!

Can't wait to visit again. Thanks again Pam for providing a wonderful little getaway.

Mission Hills condo

very spacious, well appointed. excellent kitchen utensils and generous with pantry. Great TV's but took half an hour to figure out the Living room operations. Technologically challenged I think.

The MBR could use a little brighter lighting. Makeup mirror helped my wife, but still dark
