Exremely Beautful and Clean well worth the price.
The owners of the condo went the extra mile to supply all those things you don't think of. We were extremely pleased which is hard to do now days in the Myrtle Beach area.
Make sure you check out this condo. You will not be disappointed.
Thank you so much!

The Kingston Plantation property is lovely, although horribly named. The view from the unit is great. We appreciated the small touches, such as facial tissue in each room. a full-size bottle of hand soap in each bathroom, and a pen beside every phone. We were also pleased with the size of and number of appointments in the kitchen, such as a Keurig coffee maker, lots of pots and pans, electric skillet, etc. We also appreciated being able to look out at the ocean from all the bedrooms (wish we could have viewed it from the patio). The flat screen televisions were nice. The best part of the stay, by far, was the constant contact from the rental agency. We received several email messages checking to see if we were okay and also quickly correcting all issues we reported. Unfortunately, there were some problem areas. We were disappointed that we could not use the patio and that the furniture was inconveniently located within the condo. Although we had been warned that this might be the case, we rented the full facility and should have been compensated if we did not have full access. As well, the washing machine has terrible black spots in the door frame which look like mildew or mold but could not be scraped away. Coincidentally, we all became sick after trying to remove it. Third, the dining "room" seems crammed into the unit. If people are dining, it is hard for the person in the back bedroom to scoot by. Lastly, we only had two keys to the unit, which would have been fine had we known that this would be the case, but we were not informed. This was our second year in the unit and the view is compelling, but I'm not sure I would return to this unit.
Clean, beautiful and a “view to die for”!!
We had a fantastic experience there with our family! Would do it again.
Excellent place to stay!
Beautiful three bedroom condo. Several friends and I spent Labor Day Weekend at the condo and loved it! We will definitely return in the future!
beautiful property but however there were no handicap parking in front upon our arrival and no one to give us instructions on additional parking. When entering our room we discovered a mess all the patio furniture was inside and in all the rooms the mirror in the front was dirty and the filter on the refrigerator was on the red when we called concerning these issues we were insulated by George who sated we were trying to get over no resolve in our issues and I am expecting a refund thanks
Prista strives to provide our guests with the very best Myrtle Beach vacation possible and we are truly sorry that you were unhappy. Sometimes despite our very best effort things happen which are out of our control. In these cases we respond as quickly as possible in an attempt to resolve the situation and make it right, which I'm confident we demonstrated during your recent stay.
Your comments seem to suggest that the Margate does not have adequately marked handicapped parking which simply is not true and they are located in the front of the tower just beside the entrance. In addition to the parking lot in front, there is also an attached parking garage. The Guest Welcome Information email which you received provides this and other information to all our guests.
In your specific situation, it was unfortunate that the resort's balcony refurbishment project had not been well communicated to the HOA and property owners and managers. Once we were made aware of the fact that you were unhappy with the condition of the suite due to the outdoor furniture being moved inside, we stored the furniture in one of the smaller bedrooms not being used by your group and offered to move your group to any other of our vacant condos at that resort - even if that meant upgrading at the same rental cost.
In the end, your group chose to stay in the original suite. I'm not sure what more we could have done given the circumstances. We appreciate your feedback and have already personally apologized for the inconvenience you experienced due to the balcony project and that you felt insulted by our response. However, we stand by our opinion that the situation does not warrant a refund as we acted in good faith and provided options that were more than fair - and your group went on to enjoy a fabulous beach vacation.
