About Scott

We dreamed of having a little retreat in the mountains for a very long time. In the summer of 2004, on our honeymoon, we were able to realize our dream when we purchased this cozy little place. We have taken this condo through an amazing transformation and have personally remodeled 100% of this condo ourselves and we will continue to work very hard to make Snodallion a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway for our guests and ourselves alike. We are school teachers back in Minnesota, and we are so blessed in having this wonderful vacation getaway. My daughter, wife, and I use the condo several times a year and we are certain that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why Scott chose Warrior's Mark

We bought this condo because of the location. It has perfect balance of being very close to the lift, close to downtown and it is much more affordable that a true ski-in/ski-out. We feel a walk across the street is well worth the savings of a few hundred dollars over the ski-in/ski-out places. The ski-in/ski-outs are literally right across the street! You won't need to drive anywhere once you arrive at Snodallion. You'll be close to it all!

We are hands on owners with only this property to manage (and enjoy ourselves) and we've been doing so successfully, with hundreds of very happy guests since 2004.

Super nice place with all the ammenities and a great location!!

We loved this place! Scott, the owner, was very helpful and always answered my text messages immediately. No problems, just questions because I didn't bother reading the instructions :) Condo is a quick easy walk to the Quicksilver lift. You can walk downtown, it's a little hike, but easier than finding parking on Main. Interior of condo is VERY nicely updated. King sized Sleep Number bed in master, queen in 2nd BR. Very nice appliances and stocked with everything you need. Heated tile floors were so nice. The owner also had a great supply of games, movies, CD's...we even did a jigsaw puzzle as a family in front of the fire...something that would NEVER happen at home! Ground floor location was awesome...didn't have to climb stairs after coming off the slopes. Didn't think we would need the washer and dryer, but we used it every day. Went home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Outdoor pool and indoor hot tubs were great and easy to walk to. Kids loved it. Had the whole thing to ourselves during the week days. Weekends it was a little crowded, as was ALL of Breckenridge. Everything was perfect for 4 people.

Lovely condo and close to town!

We came out to Snodallion for a wedding and few days R&R during the summer and were very happy with the condo run by Scott.

The remodeling they did took into account guests preferring a large kitchen and living room for tighter bedrooms. Great choice and furnishings were all nice, clean and in working order. Welcome guide was also included with recommendations to do while in Breck.

Our only request is that there were more towels but that is a small complaint. The garage parking was a great touch and we could easily walk to town and entertainment. No A/C but it wasn't needed in August. Beautiful area and beautiful condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property and located near downtown Breckenridge.

The condominium is very attractive inside. Full kitchen if you want to cook, we ate out all time. The beds are very comfortable and I liked the gas fireplace for the cool mornings. Would definitely stay there again..

CANCELLATION POLICY (full and partial):
If you cancel 60 Days or more before the rental date - you will forfeit 50% of the cost of the days cancelled.
If you cancel 60 Days or less before the rental date - you will forfeit 100% of the cost of the days cancelled.
If we are able to re-rent one or more of the cancelled days we will refund 80% of the amount we are able to re-rent it for.
Any changes to an existing reservation will be governed by the above cancellation policy.
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.

CHECK OUT's on Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Day will be charged DOUBLE cleaning fee.
