About Andrea Bankert
Edit Profile I'm a stay at home mom of 3 with a background in Real Estate Marketing who loves traveling, cooking, reading, creating, and anything outdoors. You can generally find me in the kitchen, doing something creative or spending time outside with family. I'm a beach girl at heart that married a mountain man and after a decade of vacationing in the area, we made the beautiful WNC mountains our home in 2017.

Why Andrea Bankert chose Hendersonville
We fell in love with the charm of this beautiful apartment. We love the area and wanted a chance to share it with others who vacation here. The abundance of windows, natural light, the retro sink and the functional layout caused us to fall in love. In fact, if our family wasn't so big, we would be happy to call it home ourselves.

Clean and Pretty
We enjoyed or stay at the loft. The first thing you notice is how clean it is. Next, you begin to see how nice the loft is decorated. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and were very comfortable in the space. The loft has everything you need. I would definitely check its availability if back in the area. The manager of this property gets an A+++ from me.
Comfortable & Charming
Returning to the area this time next year. Not even considering staying anywhere else.
Cute, Clean, and Comfortable
My husband and I were in Hendersonville, with our dog, visiting my elderly parents. We spent most of our time away during the day, basically only sleeping here; but we were very comfortable. It's a peaceful feeling space, very clean, and (in my opinion) very adorable. I would stay here again.
Great place to stay.
Clean and charming efficiency for a couple to enjoy the area. Nice mountain view from the picture window and convenient to everything WNC has to offer.
A great little place to stay on our getaway
My husband and my puppy came here to stay for a few days. It was clean and comfy. There was a lot of lady bugs on the property and at the front door but that wasn't a big deal. They provided everything you could need in the kitchen to cook.
We mostly went to Asheville while we were there and it was a short distance, about 30 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there was so grocery store nearby as well. And then we went hiking. You do have to parallel park in front of the garage so you wouldn't be able to fit two cars but it was nice I could see my car from the windows. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, I noticed on our last day someone was at the house next to us and it kept kicking us off the Wi-Fi when using Netflix.
But overall it was a lovely stay and Andrea was very nice and helpful. She responded fast whenever id contact her, and she was in contact with me for a while as I booked about 2 months in advance. She was very sweet and offered hiking jdeas for us. Thank you Andrea, we would definitely stay again if we were in the area! 😃
My husband and I stayed at this location for six nights a few days ago. If I could give the owners 10 stars I would. I've stayed at quite a few HomeAway/VRBO properties and I think this one was the best! Not only is the apartment decorated beautifully and tastefully but it is absolutely spotless! I also appreciated the extra supplies (cleaning, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). I liked the place so much I took pictures of it and the name of the property so that if I'm ever in the area again I can be sure to book this location.
Bravo to the homeowners! You all set the bar for other property owners.
