Welcome to our seventh floor penthouse with SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the slopes from every window and balcony! The Village at Breckenridge is a year-round western-style resort and is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at the base of the Ten Mile Range. Shavano, historically called the Plaza 2 building, is located only 50 yards from the Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift (Shavano is the closest condominium building to the Quicksilver lift!!). In addition, this building is only one block from Main Street--convenient to both shops and restaurants.

This condo has been professionally decorated with a river rock fireplace, antler chandelier, slate flooring and countertops. The walls are decorated with antique wood skis, toboggan and snow shoes. The two balconies offer amazing panoramic views of Peak 9 and the Arapaho National Forest.

The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and private bathroom, and the second bedroom has a twin loft over a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee-maker, microwave and dishwasher. Separate dining area and living room with a leather sofa (queen-size sleeper). Wi-Fi internet access is free.

I love Breck!

We visited Breck for several days and stayed at the Village Penthouse on Peak 9. We were very satisfied with our lodging accommodations. The location was great and the owners were very pleasant. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location and amenities

This condo was centrally located in Breckenridge Village close to everything. We were there in the summer but I can see it would be perfect for ski season as well. Fit our family of five comfortably and owner was accessible. Had a wonderful time!

Great views, convenient, comfortable

My husband, two kids and I just spent a week in this condo and had a great time. We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen to be fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Views from the balconies were fantastic. Location is great for walking to City Market, nearby hikes, town shops/dining, or catching the recreational bike path to Frisco. Laundry facilities are across the hall as the listing notes, but to be clear, it's $4 a load and you need quarters. Change machine is in the fitness center, so it's not really inconvenient. Great perks like covered parking, pool, and hot tub. Perfect spot - we would rent again.

Probably, the best vacation ever! The Condo was perfect and in the best locale!

Could not have asked for a better place! Condo was comfy and location was out of this world! Loved the heated garage! Well worth the money! Right downstairs was the equipment rental place and from there, tight around the building was ski lift ticket windows. Right up the 4 or 5 steps was the ski lift for peak 9! Walked to dinner every night. Mexican, Italian, steak, pizza - are all only a block or two away! We will definitely be back!

Great condo at Peak 9!

Close to the lift and ski school and 1 block from Main Street shops and restaurants. This condo is perfect for a family with a king bed in the master and a twin over queen bunk in the guest room. All the necessities are there. Comfortable, casual furnishings make you feel right at home. Great view of the mountain and the ski school yard from the balcony. I definitely recommend this property!

Great location!

Top level, good views, can walk to slopes and restaurants. This is our third stay, and we love it. Very well-stocked kitchen, clean, heated parking. Owners very responsive.
