Lovingly restored 60's cottage with all the fun and glam of the era with all the benefits of the present. Located just four blocks from the French Quarter, and 2 blocks from Frenchmen st. and short walking distance to the new St.Roch Market and Art galleries. The house has two private queen bedrooms, a living room with a pull out queen mattress, one bathroom, and kitchen. Strong wifi and large flat screen tv with basic cable. We provide linens, paper plates and utensils. This house has off street parking but is best for smaller cars. There is usually plenty of parking available on the street that's where we park.

About Travis Cosentino
My husband and I have lived in the house next door for close to 15 years. He is a New Orleans native and has been a tour guide for 17 years. I moved here from Ohio and have spent most of the past decade working in a boutique hotel. I gave it up recently to become more of a stay home mother. Missing the fun of working in small hotel we decided open one of our rentals up to travelers.

Clean, convenient, comfortable
I was really impressed with how clean everything was. It had all the amenities one could need from A.C. in both rooms, washer and dryer, even cold drinks waiting in the fridge. A major. Unexpected convenience was the drive way. Having a place to park was key dine this trip my friends and I wanted to explore outside of the city.
Great location. If you dont feel like walking get a day pass for $3.00 for the 🚌 or trolley. House is very comfortable and super cute. Owners the nicest people i would be very happy to stay there again on our next trip.
I wish I could live here.
So fortunate to have found this place - a retro interior-design wonderland! You just have to see it for yourself. The lavender bathroom made me swoon. The house is not only clean, adorable, well furnished, and conveniently located, it is also stocked with all the necessities for a home-away-from-home experience (dishes, coffee maker, pots/pans, etc.). Travis stopped by when I pulled into the driveway to say hello and chat about bike routes through the city, which made me feel welcome and reassured me that this was a safe place to stay. The off-street parking was a huge perk, the internet connection was fast, and when I walked inside there was beer in the fridge - a welcome treat. The place was so cozy that we spent nearly as much time at "home" just enjoying the solitude of the place as we did out on the town! The location was perfect. Very quiet, yet within walking distance of Frenchman Street and a short bus or streetcar ride from the heart of the French Quarter and the Garden District. The damage deposit was returned promptly. This is a well designed, unique and beautiful home that is well loved and cared for diligently by the owner. Quite impressive!
My husband and i had a great time staying there.
There was everything that we needed.
Will defiantly stay there again on our next trip to New Orleans.
Sweet spot on the edge of the Quarter
Being a first time visitor to New Orleans, I was apprehensive about not being in the thick of things, but Travis' place was perfect. The Rampart Street streetcar line had just started running the previous weekend before we arrived, and was a wonderful way to get around. Walking to the French Quarter was super easy, and grabbing the streetcar for a ride home made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was great, perfect size for my friend and I. Appreciated the 6 pack of beer and water in the fridge, and entering a nice air conditioned house! Really enjoyed our stay, and already planning a return trip! Thanks Travis!
very quite and comfy
We had a fabulous stay in a very quiet location but within walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The price was very good considering it was holiday wknd to. Will Def re book this house.
