You will love our home because of its accessibility to shopping, dining and music city entertainment. We are just 2 min off Highway 65, a short 3 miles from Historic Franklin and 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville.
We are in a quiet neighborhood at the top of a hill with panoramic views. With over an acre and a half of land and 3100 square feet interior, you'll enjoy being both inside and out.
The first floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining in one space. We have a Kurig you may use. (We'll supply the k-cups !) The fridge dispenses filtered water and ice. We'll leave you room to store any of your food purchases. There's a nice microwave and a 4-burner stove with griddle if you'd like to cook. The 60" flat screen has Direct TV and access to Amazon Prime.
The back of our house faces South so we get an amazing amount of sun in these rooms all day. There's a half bath, a formal dining room and an office space near the front on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a double sink and a newly installed standing shower with glass door. (No bathtub.) We have a dresser that provides extra storage for our guests.
Next, there are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath with plenty of toiletries. Brand new granite countertops. And there's a bathtub in this one!
There's a bonus room at the end of the hall with a full size sofa bed and a couch. The 42" TV has cable. Access to the laundry room is through this bonus room. You are welcome to run a load.
If you need an extra bed, we have a memory foam roll away bed in twin size. Very comfortable. This can be placed in any of the bedrooms or bonus room upstairs.
All in all we have a king, a queen, a three quarter bed (antique from Buffalo) and two twin beds. Then there's the sofa bed and the roll away bed. We've already had family stay with us and it was a full house but everyone slept comfortably.
The property backs up to a farm. Some mornings there is anything from deer or wild turkey. The backyard is a bird paradise. We have a collection of feeders. If you're lucky you'll spot the Red Bellied Woodpecker or the American Goldfinch. Watching the wildlife is something we look forward to everyday.
We love having a fire in our firepit on a starry night. There's a stash of firewood for you to enjoy your own evening outdoors.
