Amazing cozy an secluded property
The pictures won’t show how clean the place is when we got there. It was spotless. The small touches like fresh cut flowers were unexpected. Everything you can think of, they have. It was a great experience and we’ve told our friends.
Quiet, clean, cozy cabin getaway
This cabin in the woods (more like forest) was everything I was hoping for. Everywhere we looked there were little extras being offered like a fully furnished kitchen, board games in the closet, and even some beach towels we could borrow (and many more bonuses). Though we didn’t take advantage of many of these extras, they didn’t go unnnoticed and were still appreciated. It felt like a great place to enjoy a quiet retreat with friends or family. My wife and I enjoyed spending our honeymoon here and visiting the Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City area. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Thanks!
Perfection! Had a great stay and my family was surprised and amazed on all the little touches throughout the house! Loved the fresh flowers and the candy jars. My husband was a little skeptical but now he can't stop telling people about his experience. We had a great time and will definitely return. Next time we will definitely enjoy the beautiful lake. Michelle you have a beautiful home and we thank you for opening it up to us. It felt like home.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about staying at Michelle's cottage! It was beautiful. It was fun! Little personal touches everywhere! Fresh flowers in every room. S'mores makings (even the easier to use flattened square marshmallows). Perfect firewood. The cottage was fun. Very quiet. Many board games/books/movies provided. The yard is beautiful! Didn't want to leave! FYI: No direct access to lake that we could find but no problem -- Interlochen State park just down the road with nice swimming beach (shallow for a long way so great for kids). Easily can sleep 6. We were a party of a grandmother, daughter, & 2 granddaughters (ages 11 & 8). All four of us loved our stay.
Clean, well kept property, good location
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and accurately depicted in the description. Located in a quiet residential town that had a clean, progressive feel. Conveniently located, it’s a great jumping off point for the various places of interest in the area.
Really nice quaint house in the woods!
We really enjoyed our stay. Close to popular locations, nestled in between two lakes, clean, etc. Responsiveness of property manager was so so, wish the house had beach towels, and the one bedroom had no AC unit which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we had a very nice experience!
