A perfect weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

I took my husband to this cabin as a surprise for his 40th birthday and we had an amazing time. The cabin is beautiful, with a woodsy feel. Comfy beds, a nice fireplace, all the ammenties of being at home. We had a warm fuzzy feeling as soon as we entered, well done Michelle! The fact that it is nestled between two lakes and only about 20 minutes to TC is a plus... Highly recommend & would go back~

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be!

Fresh and clean. Very inviting. The Fireplace was a treat as we spent the rainy day watching movies and playing games by the fire! My first experience using VRBO and this place has set the bar HIGH.

Fantastic place for a weekend up at Interlochen!

What a lovely, clean and comfortable cabin in the woods for a weekend getaway near the Arts Academy. We had everything we needed and more to enjoy our class reunion!

Beautiful and Peaceful to relax.

  • 5 of 5

Simply put, this place is a little peace of heaven. We would definitely stay here again. If you want the liveliness of town, Traverse City is a short distance away, but if you want a more laid back day, the quaint area of Interlochen has that as well.

A little gem in Interlochen!

  • 5 of 5

Lovely cottage tucked neatly beneath the forest near Interlochen. Close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and just adjacent to Interlochen School of the Arts and the Interlochen State Park. Cute, clean, up to date, peaceful.

Wonderful cottage in the woods

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay. Clean, cozy, amazingly well stocked, with sweet personal touches to make you feel welcome.

Not too close to the water (we never did find the access path but I'm sure it was there somewhere), but if you want to drop a kayak or canoe you can pay $9 to use the campground lake access right up the road.

Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
