Enjoy wonderful sunsets from the deck of this beautiful 3 bedroom cape overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The house has water views from every room. Spotless corian and cherry kitchen with open dining area. Light and airy sunroom off of deck. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on first floor. Bonus bedroom in walkout basement. Great backyard and outdoor shower. The house is at end of very quiet cul-de-sac and is a short 5 minute walk to bay beach near Skaket Beach.
We're from Westborough, MA and purchased the house in 2004. We wanted Cape Cod to be a big part of our kids childhood. We have built SO MANY great memories over the years with family and friends in this very special area of the cape.

This is the quintessential cape cod experience! Peaceful and quiet with great proximity to cape cod bay. It's also just a short ride across town to Nauset Beach and the national seashore. Also close to the bike path and good local restaurants.
We have longstanding ties to Orleans and have rented a (different) place every summer for several years. This was by far the loveliest home we have stayed in.(We stayed here for two weeks in June, 2015. ) The location is amazing - a short walk to a private part of Skaket beach (best beach for kids, hands down), with an incredible view over the marsh to the bay. (Think glass of wine and gorgeous sunset on the deck). The house is very private and very quiet - all you can hear is wind and birds - and was very comfortable for us and our two small children. In fact, we could have easily accommodated another family. It's a perfect spot for families with kids, with another bedroom in the walkout basement for grandparents who want a little privacy as well. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. I can't think of one thing that we would have changed, except the fact that we had to leave after two weeks.
We are a family of six with four college age kids, and this house was a family favorite. The view from the house was great where we could watch the birds and deer in the marsh, and the beautiful sunsets over the water were amazing. The house was on a quiet,dead-end road in an ideal location being 1 mile from the bike path and a 5 minute walk to a private beach. My kids loved walking to the local beach and bike riding on the (flat) bike bath to the National seashore beaches. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the large, fully-equipped kitchen. We had a very relaxing family vacation and would definitely rent here again.
