In the winter months--ski or snowboard at Breckenridge, cross country ski, snow shoe, snowmobile, go tubing in Frisco or catch a ride on the free Summit Express Shuttle service you pick up in Breckenridge and go ski at other resorts like Keystone, or Arapahoe Basin. Within a short drive you have other ski experiences like Copper Mountain and Vail resorts as well.
Warmer months offer equally appealing things to do--there are hundreds of trails in Summit County to explore. You can hike a 14er, bike over the pass to Keystone, go white water rafting, catch a ride on a zip line, learn to fly fish, take a Jeep or ATV tour, or tour the local gold mines.
