which takes place every March and during which the World Rock Stacking Championship is held.

The home has an entry foyer, formal living room, formal dining room which will seat 8, Master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite 3 piece bath featuring tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway. This 3 piece bathroom has tub only. The kitchen has full size electric range and full size refrigerator and is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cookware. Off the kitchen is a small breakfast room with table and chairs for 4. At the back of the house is the sunroom, perfect for relaxing, playing games, or just looking out over the back yard.
The front yard is graced with an ancient 300 year old oak tree that provides shade while relaxing on the front porch. The back yard has a free standing porch swing, and a fire pit.
There is an attached garage at the back of the house for one car and room for a second car in the driveway.
