Great location, very clean. Issues: construction next door, cut off water daily, no showers after beach. Also parking was weird, could park only once at lock devise, my guests stated it was already broken.

Hi Olwen. Sorry to see this. The construction next door was temporary and I do apologize for the inconvenience. I was never contacted of the water issue until the day of check-out. I could've addressed the matter accordingly if I was notified. That being said, it shouldn't be a problem for future guests. The parking space is a designated one and I personally gave access to your friend. I was never notified of anything broken nor of any issues. I am always quick and diligent to fix any issues with a guest and my accommodations. Before you leave a negative review I would invite you to consider this is a business and a negative review can affect my listing. I would also like to mention the listing clearly states I have no kitchen. Regardless, I do provide kitchen basics which includes a cutting board. I suggest you read carefully the listing before booking. As you will read in my past reviews, all of my guests have had a wonderful experience and a review of this kind is a surprise and a first. San Juan Visit
Was a very quaint property, close to eateries and the beach. Was clean and cozy. Even though it was above a a food and beverage establishment, it was quiet and all patrons below were very respectful. Inside the unit it was quiet. We Enjoyed it!
Well kept and great location!
3 of my friends and I stayed at Alexandra's place for 3 nights and it was great! It is walking distance to almost everything you may need during your stay and minutes from the beach. The house is super cute, absolutely clean, and comfortable! She has paid attention to detail with extra towels, blanket, an iron, extra hangers, and a hair dryer in the house. Nothing short of an amazing hotel, but with a homey feel. She was reachable at a moment's notice and answered all my questions prior to arrival. Definitely recommend!
Great location and apartment setup.
Very close to the beach and restaurants, great location. The bar downstairs has great food. Urban area over a bar so there is some noise.
Great apartment - walk to everything. Can be loud
Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spatious. Good privacy between the two bedrooms. Nice sunny living area. Street noise can be loud at night given that the apartment sits right above two bar/restaurants.
Apartment can be tricky to find. Using GPS to get to the address is not sufficient.
