About Aaron Wilburn or Vincent Beasley
Just a couple of families that enjoy getting outside or taking a relaxing boat ride up the river to enjoy a meal at a downtown restaurant. The Beasley's and the Wilburn's have a passion for having fun outdoors and teaching their children the same. When they are not providing healthcare services, putting people under anesthesia, preparing tax returns or engineering electrical stuff, they are spending time with family and friends or trying to fit in the next mountain bike ride between soccer practice and swim lessons.
Aaron Wilburn or Vincent Beasley purchased this House in 2015
Why Aaron Wilburn or Vincent Beasley chose Chattanooga
Everything about this place screams fun for our families whether kayaking suck creek, fishing on the Tennessee River or watching the waterfront concerts of River Bend or Riverfront Nights after a day of wakeboarding...we just couldn't resist, after all we get to enjoy it just as much as our guests! The Beasley's and the Wilburn's purchased this property in hopes of providing a hub for others to enjoy all of the activities that they love about Chattanooga.

Beautiful views on the river.
Great place to stay if you want to be away from town but have quick access. Only 5 minutes to the grocery store or 10-15 from the downtown attractions.
Away from the business of downtown, but very convenient to grocery stores and fast food. House well equipped with all your needs. Just a few steps from the beautiful Tennessee River. Kids age 2-15 loved swimming, tanning,, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Never ran out of hot water with 15 people. The owners were quick to reply back when contacted. We had a great time and look forward to returning another year.
Great river and high ridge view!
The Tennessee River at Chattanooga is just beautiful - this property is right on the river and the view across the river over to the high ridge there is just great. This house met all our needs. The owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Yard is spacious, green grass, and the puppies loved it.
Thanks James - Glad we were able to accommodate you!
Property was great to house our two families.
Thanks Janet - So happy you all enjoyed your stay!
I was disappointed with the property. The pictures look much better then the property which is dated and the furniture need to be updated. The best feature is the covered boat dock which is great for fishing. Many of the remotes would not work the TVs . The lower level has no bathroom and the air circulation for heating and cooling was poor. Property is in a good location with shopping within a few miles and Chattanooga within 10 miles. The owners need to spend funds and update and remodel the property. They should classify it as a cabin versus a house.
Thank you for your feedback. We value your comments and will certainly consider your input. We strive to have nice accommodations which has helped us to receive many excellent reviews.
Everything close by.
