Why Mike chose Peahala Park
We rented on LBI for MANY years and stayed in all types of houses. Needless to say, most of the rental properties we stayed in had much to be desired... Old appliances, hard beds, musty odors, dull knives, leaky faucets, peeling paint, moldy shower curtains, we've lived through it all! There just never seemed to be any pride in ownership. We purchased this home with the idea of making it an exceptional rental property that would make families feel that they are truly on a special vacation. We spent a lot of time and effort into making this a special property that families will realize from the minute they step inside. We chose this property as a project due to its close proximity to the beach (Ocean block, 7 houses away with no streets to cross), the layout of rooms, and the huge back yard. We have designed the back yard to make it very private from both the neighbors as well as the other tenants.
What makes this house unique
We tried to think of everything that we could have asked for when we were renting and think that we came up with a pretty good list! This home is ocean block, meaning that you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach, just 7 houses away. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars for each unit. The home is in close proximity to: -brand new acme supermarket, skipper dipper ice cream shop, joey's pizza, pinky's seafood restaurant, nardi's, bait & tackle shop, Acme Bike and Surf, Brighton Beach Surf Shop, Pinziminio's Italian restaurant, The Custard Hut.. Only 3 miles to the attractions in beach haven. Each unit contains: -3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 people, flat screen cable in each. -1 full bathroom with bright tile - Huge Andersen 400 series windows in every room - Central a/c - Large 12'x20' deck - Huge,private outdoor showers. -Private, bamboo lined and fence enclosed back yard. - Full size washer/dryer - Tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water -Large flat screen SMART TV in living room with cable -Pro kitchen including stainless appliances, fridge, granite counters, d/w, range, garbage disposal, m/v, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, non-stick cookware, all utensils, wine, margarita, and martini glasses.
