This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo offers ski-in/ski-out access (at a great price point) for families and groups of up to 10 people. The living area is open and inviting, with a gas fireplace and large LCD TV for relaxing and entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, with seating for eight people at the dining table and another three at the breakfast bar.

                                    This condo has been recently remodeled with high end appliances and furniture. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Location is perfect for ski in/ski out. You can see the 4 oclock run from the cozy window seat. Plenty of space to spread out. Entry way is equipped with a bench, coat rack and ski racks. Super convenient. Outdoor hot tub is huge and not too far from condo. Only negative is the mattresses. The king mattress is worn and saggy in the middle.

                                    We just came back a few days ago from our yearly ski trip to Breckenridge. We've rented from VRBO countless times and this is, by far, the worst rental we've had. A+ for cleanliness though. The internet was extremely slow. the only TV that worked properly was the living room. The master had some channels and the other two bedrooms had none. The pillows were probably from the 1970s. They were hard as rock and not exactly shaped like normal bed sized pillows. They were miniature and OLD. The furniture was old and worn out. The master tub was full of chips. The whole place needed revamping, and for over $3,000 for 4.5 days... I would expect a decent pillow. The location was good. Ski in and a short walk to the snowflake lift. The parking was horrible. There are no assigned spots. If you have a vehicle larger than a economy car it was difficult to maneuver. It was a hot time of the year in Colorado and we had the ancient thermostat on the lowest temp possible but literally sweat all night. this was our first visit to Breckenridge, and because of this condo, probably our last. I would definitely recommend the condo if the owners invested a little bit of money to revamp and update the place.

                                    The location of Tyra Chalet right across from the Snowflake lift was perfect. We had great snow and conditions. It was so nice to ski back for lunch. Also easy to walk into town for shopping and a bite to eat.

                                    Location was great for the property right across from the snowflake ski lift and are able to ski right to the unit off the 4 o'clock run. Close to downtown. Breck was pounded with snow which was awesome for snowboarding but this made parking a little challenging at the condos itself. Very tight and limited. Also just Breck in general has no parking so our college daughter had to park in a satellite lot out by the airport and get shuttled to the unit. The car has to be moved daily there so that made things a bit inconvenient. This is a second story unit not a ground floor unit as a pervious review states. While there is a parking lot around the side that allows for you to get to the unit with no stairs there is never any parking there so if stairs are an issue keep that in mind. We had some challenges with that confusion. The unit itself is clean and spacious we had 10 people there comfortably. Hot tub is located right across the way and generally not crowed. Rental shop right in the complex and the guys running it are awesome! One complaint from the master to the master bathroom the floor has nails from the carpet that constantly will poke you so just be aware of that. The kitchen is limited on the cooking dishes available, we had to have our daughter grab items from our home in Denver on her way up. But we cooked 95% of our meals rather then eating out. The management company was great to deal with absolutely no complaints there. Overall its a great unit only issues we really had were the confusions from previous reviews that we went by. Will recommend to community network as a place to book.

                                    Fantastic location - the apartment is well appointed with plenty of space. We stayed there with our 4 kids and had everything we needed. Great 1st floor position (& close to the hot tub). We would walk across the road to Snowflake lift and ski home to our back door.
