OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner's directives. The maximum allowed occupancy of Julie's Jewel (Sunset Harbor Palms #1-104) permits a maximum of up to 2 persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside this property at any given time. Violation of the stated occupancy for this property will result in the termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored. Violation of occupancy standards will not be tolerated.
AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Fishing Pier) requires all Guests to have accommodations in this community. Each property has restrictions as to the number of Guests permitted to use community amenity features. Palms #1-104 is permitted to have up to 2 Guests using the Community Amenity Features.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violation will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violation of the NO PET policy of this community also remains subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts (Please see Rental Lease Agreement). Any Fines issued by the Homeowner's Association are deemed as billable charges and will be applied to Guest's Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is committed to assisting all Guests in need of a trained Service Animal. Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal are asked to notify Navarre Vacation Rentals of this need at the time of establishing a Reservation. Documentation demonstrating Guests' current medical treatment and a licensed physician's medically prescribed need may be requested in order to provide property Owners and Homeowner Association officials with required documentation to substantiate the legitimate need for the presence of an animal.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

Great place, kitchen a little under equipped
We had a really great time here and loved being able to sit right outside the back door and be just feet from the sound. The dock was good for fishing but the wind was up and we didn’t catch anything. The kitchen was a bit disappointing: nice place settings at the eating area but no salt and pepper. Also, we had to borrow a large pot to boil our shrimp from the fish market over in Pensacola.

Studio properties such as #1-104 have limited space and it can be difficult knowing what items some vacationers will think are essential and what others will never use. Escaping in the Bay
Our stay was great. The bed was very comfortable and all utensils were in the kitchen and bath that we needed for a full weeks stay. The alexa box was a very nice extra piece to our stay. All the details of the property that Thane has listed are accurate and the photos are just as it is today. We will be back to this location again. They provided more then enough things for our stay such as wash detergent, towels, paper towels the bathroom essentials and such. My only downside I can say would be that the shower area is dark. The fishing pier was much fun and it did not seem to invading being right in the entrance area of it either. I never could get the wifi to connect with the password, but had we really needed it I am sure a quick email or phone call or even walk to the office and it would have been resolved quickly.
Sunset on your back patio !
This condo is excellent for a couple. The unit has everything you need for a pleasant visit. Excellent location with a bay on the back patio and walking distance to the beach. Espectacular views and relaxing time. So far, this is my husband and myself favorite place.
A great way to do Navarre for two people
This is a great spot in Navarre. We have come to Navarre for many years, staying in a local RV resort. Now sans RV, we looked for an alternative. The area has most everything you need without being too “touristy.” The condo has a really nice view of the Santa Rosa Sound and easy access to the pristine beaches of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Some things not mentioned in the description: The TV cable has over a hundred stations, and the TV can be turned to face the sleeping area at bedtime (you can view channel lineup and programming at TitanTV.com, selecting Mediacom–Escambia). The WiFi speed is good, measuring 30 Mbps. The fridge is a side-by-side with in-door ice and water. A curtain can be closed between the sleeping and living areas. There were two beach chairs. Secure keypad entry and a stop stick on the patio door. The Amazon Echo was a nice touch, furnishing music and quick information. The condo is nicely decorated just as in the pictures. Loved the big ol’ rocker-recliner and King Bed. Hope we can make it back
Closest to the Private Pier
This unit is as close to the private fishing pier as you can get, which is why we chose it. The keyless entry is great. Everything worked including the free Wifi. There were plenty of trash bags and toilet paper. They also stocked the bathroom with hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The owner/manager was friendly and very accommodating. My wife and I had stayed with family in a larger unit in the same complex with a 10am check-out time. The family went home and we stayed a few more days in this unit which had a check-in time of 4pm. We were able to occupy this unit much earlier than 4pm, which was very appreciated. Could not ask for a better manager. The unit was clean and was impressive on first sight. One bit of maintenance that needs to be addressed is replacing missing panels on the vertical blinds. The bed is next to the sliding glass doors that lead to the pier. The two panels closest to the head of the bed were missing and left a gap of about 3 or 4 inches. Not that anything happened, but anyone could walk up to the glass doors and easily see you in bed. As for the unit itself, the bathroom is small and it does not have a washer or dryer by design. There are coin operated washer/dryers and we used them, but they are located about as far away from this unit as possible. Overall, we would rent another, larger unit from NVR, just not this one due only to small size and no washer/dryer.
