This tastefully furnished ground floor Studio features beautiful panoramic waterfront views overlooking the relaxing Inner Coastal Waterway and features an 0utdoor Patio with seating. Many of the other Studio properties you will find online (Floors 2 and 3) DO NOT provide Guests with Outdoor Patios or Direct Water Views.

Sunset Harbor Palms #1-104 is also privately managed by an On-Site Private Management company to ensure your Vacation is trouble free. Not all properties in this community provide this superior level of customer care.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Sunset Harbor Palms #1-104 may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions prior to property rental.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Sunset Harbor Palms #1-104 provides comfortable and ideal accommodations for up to 2 persons (this includes small children and infants). Permitted Property Occupancy Standards are extended to include all invitees of Guest Lessee. Sunset Harbor Palms #1-104 may not be reserved or used for gatherings of more than 2 persons.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals and Check-In times are based on seasonal rental demands. Guest arrivals during periods of Peak Demand (May 21 - August 12) are generally permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time and 3PM Central Standard Time during periods of Non-Peak Demand (August 13 - May 20). Concluded rental use and Guest's peaceful surrender and Departure from a reserved property must occur prior to 10AM Central Standard Time on the identified date of departure. Requests for earlier Arrival or delayed Departure remains subject to property availability and additional fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR strongly encourages all Guests to select and purchase Travel Interruption Insurance Protection Coverage from a licensed insurance provider. Guest Cancellations remain subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Lease Agreement.

COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Committal Deposits collected at the time of making a Reservation and are used to secure a Guest's reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of a Guest's reserved rental visit. Outstanding Balance Payments are due 15 days prior to Check-In.

HOURS of OPERATION: NVR maintains Operational Business Hours based on seasonal rental demands. NVR does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Guest Check-In Facility. Guest arrivals occurring after published Operational Business Hours are required to contact NVR prior to the close of business on the scheduled date of Guest arrival to obtain property access codes. Guest failure to establish an after-hours arrival may result in Guest lockout. No pricing adjustments will be made.

After-hours Guest Arrivals are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.

PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Any violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of the presence of a pet animal discovered at the time of post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with pet remediation efforts, Fines or Fees levied by a Homeowner's Community, if any, and all costs incurred for property replacements applied and billed to Lessee's Credit Card presented at the time of Registration and Check-In.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy and practice of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

RENTAL RATES: Rates are subject to change until Confirmed. An Instant Rate Quote is available by "Clicking" the Instant Rate Quote Button located on the Right side of this listing.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior portions of this property. A great way to do Navarre for two people

This is a great spot in Navarre. We have come to Navarre for many years, staying in a local RV resort. Now sans RV, we looked for an alternative. The area has most everything you need without being too “touristy.” The condo has a really nice view of the Santa Rosa Sound and easy access to the pristine beaches of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Some things not mentioned in the description: The TV cable has over a hundred stations, and the TV can be turned to face the sleeping area at bedtime (you can view channel lineup and programming at, selecting Mediacom–Escambia). The WiFi speed is good, measuring 30 Mbps. The fridge is a side-by-side with in-door ice and water. A curtain can be closed between the sleeping and living areas. There were two beach chairs. Secure keypad entry and a stop stick on the patio door. The Amazon Echo was a nice touch, furnishing music and quick information. The condo is nicely decorated just as in the pictures. Loved the big ol’ rocker-recliner and King Bed. Hope we can make it back

Closest to the Private Pier

This unit is as close to the private fishing pier as you can get, which is why we chose it. The keyless entry is great. Everything worked including the free Wifi. There were plenty of trash bags and toilet paper. They also stocked the bathroom with hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The owner/manager was friendly and very accommodating. My wife and I had stayed with family in a larger unit in the same complex with a 10am check-out time. The family went home and we stayed a few more days in this unit which had a check-in time of 4pm. We were able to occupy this unit much earlier than 4pm, which was very appreciated. Could not ask for a better manager. The unit was clean and was impressive on first sight. One bit of maintenance that needs to be addressed is replacing missing panels on the vertical blinds. The bed is next to the sliding glass doors that lead to the pier. The two panels closest to the head of the bed were missing and left a gap of about 3 or 4 inches. Not that anything happened, but anyone could walk up to the glass doors and easily see you in bed. As for the unit itself, the bathroom is small and it does not have a washer or dryer by design. There are coin operated washer/dryers and we used them, but they are located about as far away from this unit as possible. Overall, we would rent another, larger unit from NVR, just not this one due only to small size and no washer/dryer.

My husband and I took an early spring vacation, and love Navarre Beach. We started out looking at hotels, but quickly realized that a condo was the way to go.

I can't say enough how very impressed we were with this property. From the first impression, of opening the door and seeing the sand and water thru the glass doors at the back of the condo to the soft music playing. It set such a nice ambiance. Our stay was 'spot on' the whole time. The decor is wonderful, it is clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the King size bed. Most we had looked at only had queen size beds.

I saw dolphins right outside our first morning there, and there were a couple Great Herons that hung out on the fishing pier. My husband fished every day, sometimes 2x a day, even in the rain.

One suggestion would be to have maybe a deck of cards or a board game, like scrabble available. There was rain every day of our stay, and thunder storms one of the days - we didn't mind sightseeing in the rain, but it was almost impossible in storms. That day we stayed in.

Thank you for such an awesome experience. We will be back.

what a fabulous hidden treasure!

it's hard finding a place when you are traveling somewhere, it can be overwhelming. when I saw this place on it stuck with me. this little gem had an amazing view!! the bed was more comfortable than my own bed. the place was clean and spotless and it has everything you'd need!! it looks just as it doe in the pictures. the only thing I would recommend is updating the bathroom, as it is quite small. the tub bottom seemed flimsy as well. also, the thermostat would act wacky sometimes and the tv/cable only had a few channels. we really enjoyed our stay!! thank you so much.
