There is a new pillow top full-size bed, fully stocked kitchen, wifi and cable TV. A relaxing quiet location with workout facilities, outdoor pool and covered parking. The grounds feature walking paths that lead around one of the two lakes that are stocked with fish and watch out for "Gus" one of the many swans that live on the lake.

relaxing, quiet and well located sixty01

The owner, Mary, is an absolute delight...very anxious to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The condo is large, well appointed, close to everything and relaxing. The number of exits/entrances into the development are time savers. We will definitely be back!

rented for work, thought it was through VRBO, but she ripped me off $800.00 dollars

DO NOT USE MARY...SHE IS NOT GOING THROUGH VRBO......STOLE 800.00 FROM ME WHEN I HAD A PERSONAL MATTER AND HAD TO GO HOME, CONDO WAS DIRTY AND SHE WILL LIE ALL DAY LONG

Owner's Response: I rented the condo to you as a last minute reservation on a Sunday afternoon and you moved in three hours later. I personally helped the cleaners get the condo ready for you since there was no advance notice. I was trying to help you out of an uncomfortable situation as you stated that the first place you rented was misrepresented in the photos. I gave you a reduced monthly rate and charged you a $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee along with "No" damage deposit. I was available for you when you had trouble finding your way to and from the gym, and also came over and logged you onto the Wi-Fi when you were not putting the password in correctly. At no point in all our conversations and your text messages did you tell me that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of my condo. That afternoon you told me you liked being at the condo and wanted to stay for an additional month. At that point I blocked your dates as you requested. Two weeks later again on a Sunday night you sent me a text telling me that you had moved out and were catching a flight back to Missouri. Two days later you texted asking for a refund of your remaining two weeks rent. I put the condo back up as available the date you left and if I am able to get it rented before March 12th (the remaining length of your agreement) I will be happy to refund your remaining rent. However leaving without any notice does not entitle you to a full refund including your cleaning deposit. This is standard in the rental industry. I condolences to your family and I apologize that you feel that I'm stealing from you.

Everything I could need

I was in Seattle on business. This condo was comfortable, clean and centrally located to my work. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a proper meal. The condo had random assorted spices & olive/vegetable oils along with laundry soap, dryer sheets and there were even plastic wrap and sandwich bags. These items may have been left by others who had stayed before me, but it was nice to be able to pack a snack in my purse to take with me and not have to go purchase a box of sandwich bags.

The owner was easy to work with. She responds to text message quickest. She helped me find my way when I was lost and my GPS was not working correctly. She called me right back and talked me through the directions and stayed on the phone with me while I got myself back to the front gate of the condo.

There is a restaurant/bar onsite and I had a blast watching the Holly Holmes fight with the locals neighbors and the beers were only $3.00.

I will definitely be in Seattle again on business in the spring and will stay at 60-01.

Very responsive host

I would have given this place a 4-star rating but I thought Mary deserves an extra star for being so responsive! We came to the wrong gate (our fault) and she was patiently waited to buzz us in. When I could not connect to the wi-fi right away, she was in constant touch until I got it right (3rd try). The condo was very well-appointed and very comfortable for 2. I think a 3rd person, even though there was an extra bed on the loft, would have been a bit tight. Kitchen worked well for us. I would suggest a fan for hotter days, but otherwise a very nice place to stay.
