A lot of great museums and art galleries can be easily accessible from here. The Hammer Museum is in nearby Westwood, The Getty Center is just north of Westwood, The Museum of Jurassic Technology is in nearby Culver City, and LACMA is a fairly short ride down the 10 freeway. Downtown LA is also accessible. With 20 mins down the 10 freeway, 7 miles from Hollywood walk of fame, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art), The Broad, China Town and the fashion district among the numerous places to visit there.
You can also access to Santa Monica beach, Malibu and nice places along PCH in 10 minutes down the 10 freeway. The Getty Villa is also located on PCH.

This apartment is also a NON-SMOKING apartment. If I find any evidence (such as used cigarettes and tobacco/vapor residue or odor) that you or someone visiting you at the apartment was smoking or utilizing a "smokeless" cigarette device (vaping) anywhere in the apartment, you will be subject to a $250 smoking fee.
