Comcast and wifi included. This community is gated with 24 hour security. 30 minute drive to St. Augustine. This community has its own pool ~ 100 yards from the condo. 10 foot ceilings. 80 inch led TV. There is a daybed in the room off the dining room that also doubles as an office. This room faces east and is water front with a view over the marsh.

About Hal Horton
I am a graduate of GA Tech with an engineering degree. I have lived in this condo for the past few years. As such everything is in top notch condition. I have had an extensive back ground in residential property rental prior to retiring this year.

I chose this location for convenient golf, beach, tennis and fitness center activities. As this is a gated access community with 24/7 security there is virtually no crime. There are a variety of casual and upscale dining places is only minutes away as well as groceries and pharmacies, etc. The property is a 1 walk or bike mile to the beach.
What makes this Condo unique
This property is walking distance to the beach and has breath taking sunrises. Most nights the ocean waves crashing on the beach are easily heard.

This is a very nice condo with plenty of room and it’s well-stocked. Nice porch that overlooks the lagoon. A couple alligators to watch. There was something in the air that set off a problem with my lungs and I couldn’t stay there. I had to move out. My friend did stay there for two weeks. It’s close to shopping and the beach. Plenty of places to walk.

I very much enjoyed our stay at Hal's condo. I would have liked to have more time at the condo but we had a busy weekend. Very comfortable and nice place. Across the street is a very nice shopping center . A very nice public, the biggest liquor store I have been in and a pub that had a pretty good prime rib. (Mulligans I believ) We had breakfast at broken egg and that was a truly fantastic breakfast. Only negative I would mention is the 10am check out time which is a bit early to have to leave, but overall great visit. Thank u Hal.
This property is located in Sawgrass Country Club, 1 mile from the beach club. St Augustine is a 45 minute drive due south.
