Welcome to Happy House or Baan Sansook in THai.
This is a well designed open plan villa designed to take in the view,and for privacy and relaxed vacation living.
It has 4/5 bedrooms,all with king size beds,luxury linen , 3 modern bathrooms,a large central swimming pool-with shallow kids pool area.It comes with xxl floating beanbags to really relax.It has a TV/cinema room with Netflix,and a outdoor gym area,and covered Salas and private balcony,where you can chill out and enjoy the views.
The house has wonderful feeling with wooden floorboards throughout,and lots of bifold doors to capture the fresh clean air and the ocean and jungle views.
It is decorated with wonderful artwork and thai antiques throughout ,which just adds to the thai resort tropical style.
At night time the house is amazing with a special atmosphere created by LED neon lights,dimmable outdoor led lights and solar flame torches and pool lights,its very unique and great for your night time swims.
This is a large 430m2 house set at the end of a private road , so its very quiet.
There are many restaurants nearby and a nice beach is a 5 min walk.Also there are temples,markets and sea sports nearby , while the main town of Lamai is only a 4-6 min drive away with good shopping,restaurants and bars ect.
The house has easy acess,with no super steep roads .We can arrange in house massages,a full restaurant menu,and can arrange any tour or activity you are interested in.We can show you the party places or the quiet out of the way locations on Samui.

Just close enough and far enough

The house and neighbourhood are a little way up on a hill. It’s far enough from the busy part of Lamai to be quiet but close enough to be easy to get to everything in the area. The rooms are nicely done and the main living area has a nice kitchen with a dining table and bbq if needed. The sounds system is great and the pool is good for lounging. Use of a car is a bonus. It makes the trip for groceries a breeze. Going for dinner was easy. Getting a Grab taxi was easy as well if the plan is to have a few. The host is very helpful and made every effort to make our stay a great one.

Superbe

Maison superbe et très bien équipée. L'emplacement est au top, non loin de la plage de Lamai. Robert est très serviable et réactif à toutes les demandes. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Hello I'm an easy going Canadian /Australian who has lived on Samui for who built the house to take advantage of ocean views and nice cooling breezes.

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful open plan tropical design house with a great central pool, and nice outdoor covered seating areas. It has a full western kitchen, large comfortable lounges and a full dining room table. It also has a cinema room and outdoor gym area. This property is situated very close to a beach and restaurants and temples, and has easy access off Samui main ring road.

What makes this property unique

The open design suits the location and weather.
It has wonderful wooden floors, lots of artwork and Thai decorations/antuques.
