THE SPACE

Relax in this tastefully appointed high-rise condo in the heart of Capitol Hill. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with partial city and mountain views. Soak up the sun during the summer by the pool. Or take in the panorama of the downtown skyline and mountains from the roof garden.

From this hub, you can experience everything Denver has to offer. Bars, restaurants, museums, grocery stores, and concert venues are within walking distance. There is a bus stop directly outside the building and a bike-share station two blocks away.

The condo has hardwood floors, WiFi, cable, flat screen TV, laundry, a pool, a full gym and a roof garden. The bedroom features a queen bed and a quiet office area.

NEIGHBORHOOD

GETTING AROUND

There is a bust stop outside the unit, as well as a bike-share station within two blocks. Your proximity to Colfax and Broadway will also make accessing cabs easy. Additionally, Denver has several outstanding car-share programs, many of which you can find in Capitol Hill as well.

The guest will have full access to all the condo building's amenities -- underground parking for one car, WiFi, cable TV, laundry, outdoor pool, rooftop access, and a gym.

HOUSE RULES

You're welcome to enjoy Colorado's newly legal pot laws in our space, but we ask that you keep all cigarette smoking on the patio or rooftop. Please be cognizant of the white love seat and limit what food and drinks you take on it. We love animals, but unfortunately they are strictly forbidden by our HOA.
