About Brenda Lewis
My family moved to Waynesville when I was a small child and I graduated here. I grew up as a high school principals daughter so I knew many people in the school system which was a large part of our small town. After graduation I relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks where I owned and operated a retail nursery, greenhouse, florist and landscaping business. I then moved to Columbia, Missouri for a few years where I got my start in real estate as a leasing agent at a large property management company. In 2001 I returned home to Waynesville and purchased a fitness center where I enjoyed helping people to become healthy. In the meantime, I purchased the rental property and now just own and manage rentals full time. I have years of experience in the business.
Brenda Lewis purchased this House in 2003
Why Brenda Lewis chose Waynesville
I purchased this property in 2003 and has been a long term rental but decided to furnish it in May, 2015 and make it a family vacation home mainly due to families needing a place that they can be together when coming to Ft. Leonard Wood for graduations. Also, people who travel across the states on Historic Route 66 enjoy staying in places along the route.
What makes this House unique
This property is conveniently located to town but has the laid back country feel. It's so relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch the wildlife. Brenda Lewis

Amazing place to stay!
This was the best place we could have stayed! We were able to enjoy our son during family day without the worry is not everyone fitting into a hotel room. It was so close to base that it was easy to get to Basic Training Graduation.
Thanks So much for opening up this beautiful home for us all to enjoy.
We had a great stay at your home! Your home was comfortable and very clean. All the accomodations of home.
A great place to bring our Soldier for some family time.

First time renting and it was such a great experience. Brenda was super nice and her home is beautiful, we where there for an MP Graduation.
The house was a great altet to overpriced hotels. The owner was very accommodating and made the stay even better. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!!!!!
Renting for Army Graduation
We rented this house to stay during my son’s basic training graduation. This was the best thing we could have done during this time. We really enjoyed ourselves during family day and my soldier was able to relax and spend time with everyone who came all at once. This house was very clean, very spacious, and had all of the necessities we needed and more. Our kids enjoyed the game boards and basketball court. The photos do not do this house justice. We were very close to the Army base and were able to get there right on time for everything. Close to Walmart, small grocery store and has station. Thank you Brenda for your hospitality.
We had a absolutely amazing time! The house was very clean and ready for us! Brenda was amazing and is a great host!!!
We are in the heart of the Ozarks. Located just 5 miles from the west gate of Fort Leonard Wood through a scenic drive to post. The Veteran's Cemetery is on the way. We are less than 2 miles from the brand new cinema.
