One of the best things about this complex is its central location to everything. You can literally walk to almost anything in Breckenridge. There is a grocery store located right across the street, a dog park about 3 1/2 blocks up, a liquor store right across the street as well as restaurants, bars and shopping right out your front door. All of Tannhauser units are stocked nicely with most of what you will need during your vacation in Breckenridge, and if there is something lacking, just inform the friendly staff, they are always willing to help. The Views from almost all of our units are spectacular. You are able to see the 10 mile range from most of our units. Enjoy this affordable downtown lodging location now

We have been living in and around the mountains of Summit County for almost 20 years having moved here in 1996. We started a family 8 years later and still love all that the mountains have to offer. You have the most amount of flexibility staying in the downtown area, as you can walk to the slopes as well as the restaurants, shopping and activities. Catching a free shuttle is also an easy more relaxing way of getting around. With a grocery store right across the street you are able to take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen but can also access all of the wonderful restaurants right out your front door.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean
Just like my other stays at this property, this latest vacation was wonderful. I enjoyed the central location, the great accommodations, and the ability to have my dog with me. Everything was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, etc. We enjoyed going out into town and on the bike trails, but it was also great to come back to our comfortable “home”. Our group of three adults, one child, and one dog felt very much at home. Sitting in the porch area with the inspiring view (after a long day of biking) was a great way to relax. I definitely would recommend this property to others and can’t wait to return again!
Location was awesome, unit was nice, property overall was not impressive.
This particular unit had a great kitchen, well equipped, bright and nice appliances. Sheets and towels were great quality which makes a big difference. We could walk to the Village and Silverthorne lift in a few minutes which made for a stress free trip. Heater noise in the master bedroom wall was annoying. We think this unit needs at least 1 king bed.
Great location and great support from the owner!
Perfect location in downtown Breck. We walked to bars, restaurants, and to the Quicksilver (green runs) lift from the condo. The best part of the experience was the support from the owner. Karla was extremely nice and helpful! We only had 1 issue (coffee maker was not working) and she arranged for a brand new coffee maker to be delivered to the condo within hours. Would highly recommend this rental and owner (she has other rental units as well)! We had a great time. Thanks Karla!
The absolute best location in Breckenridge!
The best location in Breckenridge! It is located on Main Street and you can walk everywhere. 5 min walk to Blue River Sports ski rentals (which is on the way to ski lift). 5 min walk to the ski lift! There is no need to even have a car! Our family of 7 stayed in this unit, and it was a little crammed (only because there is one toilet). I would say this is perfect for 5 people. I will definitely re book this unit in the future!
Pictures are accurate, condo was great for two people and very centrally located. A 5-min walk to the lift, and right in town. Key pad lock vs actual key was very convenient. Of note, it is a 3 flight walk up which might be difficult with luggage for some. Bedding needs to be updated - worn and a bit grotty frankly.
Sorry to hear you felt the bedding needed updating. it is actually quite new. The stairs can be hard for some, but most will put up with the stairs to have those views. Hope you had a great time Teresa.

Shorter stays may be accommodated if there is a gap to be filled in between reservations. Give us a call if you would like to inquire about this. All reservations are non-refundable unless the unit can be rented out for the same amount of time, in which case, we will refund 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel outside of 30 days you lose your deposit.
