Newly refurbished with island style furnishings, Hawaiian artwork, travertine stone flooring, wet bar kitchenette with wood cabinets, dishware, granite countertops, small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave are all included. The unit is ideal for preparing small meals and snacks. All linens are included along with iron and ironing board, safe, hair dryer, alarm clock, and minibar. Sit on your lanai and take in the cool ocean breezes. Sunbathe by the swimming pool or on a beach lounge. Have an afternoon pool-side Mai tai or barbeque some fresh fish for dinner with our new BBQ grills. Your Islander on the Beach accommodation is a short walking distance to interesting shops and dining. The beach is only 6 steps off the stairway! Parking is free and there are no resort fees to be paid. This condo has a spectacular view and is centrally located for easy day trips to the north or south shore.

Great location and great extras!

We enjoyed staying here, and thought being in Kapa'a was a great location. Thank you for the snorkeling set we borrowed! It was difficult to find parking in the evenings, which was a problem. Other than that, great!

Old but still good. Last visited in late sixties these units are small (studios) but give you super views and mid-island position. Grounds beautifully kept. Morning sun on lanai with shade by noon. Comfey bed and generally clean unit. Parking only an issue after dark as nearby Trees lounge affects availability. Resort could do more parking lot surveys. Traffic on the highway is very bad with southbound lineups daily. It seems Islanders have decided to divert vast visitor taxation to places other than infrastructure. Check out the Lemongrass and Oasis restaurants just to the north. The Smith family cruise to the fern grotto also visited in the sixties is still running and one of the bargains. Clean, good location, budget friendly

We enjoyed our stay. The partial ocean view and sunrises were beautiful. We especially liked the location; having shops and restaurants in walking distance is great. It is priced appropriately as it is definitely not sound proof and the shower makes quite a bit of noise. Would stay here again.

We would come back!

Our room and the property were clean and as described. The room was nicely decorated and there was a nice view of the beach from the patio. The bed was quite comfortable. We took advantage of the lawn chairs and boogie boards as well as the beach towels provided. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well, although a ceiling fan in the room so we could keep the slider open on warm evenings would be nice. It would also be helpful to have a rack outside to hang beach towels as we saw in other units. The property is close to some shopping and restaurants and we were able to plan activities that were either close by or we could be picked up as we didn't have a rental car. Believe and be ready for the 10:00 checkout time - our housekeeper got there exactly at 10:00. We would stay here again.
