About Vacasa, FL - Northeast Florida Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Best View of Any Beach Rental. Ever.
The house is much bigger than expected! We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. The kitchen is large and very nice. Loved the downstairs and upstairs foyers. It gave us room to store stuff and not cram around the tables. I recommend bringing baby gates with dogs and kids because there are two sets of stairs. The window in the living room absolutely was worth it!!!! Best view ever! So lovely watching the water, surfers, dolphins, and your family right from the couch. I would stay here again. Publix was a quick 2 mile drive down one road. We had two garages but didn't need to use them other than to store our beach gear. Walk to beach is not bad - quick walk through parking lot and down the stairs to the sand. There is a hose right outside so you can rinse off. Porch had plenty of chairs. View was better from couch though. Barely sat outside unless we were down at beach. Not a crowed beach. I would book again and again.
Anniversary Weekend - August 25-27
My husband and I booked this rental for our anniversary weekend because it was right on the beach and dog friendly. I knew from the listing that it wasn't much of a looker on the outside, but the reviews indicated the inside was very nice. We absolutely loved the unit; however, the fireplace in the picture was not in the unit. Not a big deal for us, since we were there in the summer, but someone vacationing in the winter might be disappointed. The stairs from the balcony leading to the beach were gone, but I assume that was due to the recent hurricane so that is completely understandable. It was closed in which was nice so our dog could hang out with us on the porch without running off onto the beach. Lastly, the master bedroom was great (wonderful views, nice big tub, porch where you could sit out and listen to the waves) except for the very pungent odor, which we believe was mold, as soon as you got to the top of the steps. If it had not been for the odor, I would have given this a very high rating. We were able to check in early which was fabulous and were given the option to check out late for a small fee. If you plan on cooking, just make a grocery list as there is a great Publix 5 minutes down the road. No spices or salt, pepper or coffee. Bring candles or air freshener for the master bedroom :) Beaches of Vilano is pet friendly and is also right down the road. Great food and atmosphere. Very private and quite beach and only 10 minutes from St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!
Fantastic View - Right on the Water!
At first glance when you arrive the outside could use some "sprucing up", but when you step in the door and see that view, nothing else matters. The living area is great, you will not want to leave. You will feel like you are on a cruise ship. I could not stop taking pictures of the beautiful ocean from the living area, mater bed room and outside on the deck. Loved watching the surfers and seeing dolphins play! Vacasa makes everything easy and nearby restaurants are great (Reef, Harry's in history district of St. Augustine). Def. a vacation to remember!
Nice place to stay for the weekend
This rental is beautifully located on the water and very close to several local restaurants (just a 10 minute drive from downtown). The amenities are up-to-date (nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer for quick laundry needs). My only complaint was that it felt dirty. The carpets smelled like pee in one of the rooms and overall it was a place you did NOT want to walk barefoot in :/ If it weren't for this, I'd probably stay there again but it was doable.
If you're not picky about cleanliness, book it! You can't beat the views and all in all it was a great experience. Plenty of space for a family trip :)
We are ecstatic to hear that you enjoyed this property, and appreciate your feedback regarding the carpets as well. We scheduled a carpet clean after your stay to ensure that our future guests can enjoy the views in peace!
Juuuust Right ????
Not a looker on the outside.. But inside was perfect for my family.
Big Master with private balcony. A nice big kitchen and a lot of comfortable space to be together.
The best beachfront location ...down the stairs to toes in the sand and sea.
Beautiful view, nicely furnished and decently priced.
