Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
At first glance when you arrive the outside could use some "sprucing up", but when you step in the door and see that view, nothing else matters. The living area is great, you will not want to leave. You will feel like you are on a cruise ship. I could not stop taking pictures of the beautiful ocean from the living area, mater bed room and outside on the deck. Loved watching the surfers and seeing dolphins play! Vacasa makes everything easy and nearby restaurants are great (Reef, Harry's in history district of St. Augustine). Def. a vacation to remember!
Not a looker on the outside.. But inside was perfect for my family.
Big Master with private balcony. A nice big kitchen and a lot of comfortable space to be together.
The best beachfront location ...down the stairs to toes in the sand and sea.
This rental is beautifully located on the water and very close to several local restaurants (just a 10 minute drive from downtown). The amenities are up-to-date (nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer for quick laundry needs). My only complaint was that it felt dirty. The carpets smelled like pee in one of the rooms and overall it was a place you did NOT want to walk barefoot in :/ If it weren't for this, I'd probably stay there again but it was doable.
If you're not picky about cleanliness, book it! You can't beat the views and all in all it was a great experience. Plenty of space for a family trip :)
We truly enjoyed our escape from every day life. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get away.
The condo was infested with farmer anys that stung my daughter. We saw roaches & spiders. The master bedspread & bed had off white crusty substance & leg hair or pubic hair on it. The master shower had long hair clogging the drain. There was mold on all vents, many blinds, & caked on the closet door to furnace. The outside looks dilapidated. The Vacasa customer service were apologetic, but we not able to be moved to another condo. We were also not guaranteed to get a refund if we moved to a hotel. We took pictures & emailed to customer service. They sent the housekeeper back out who only vacuumed what you can see & cleaned the mold on 1 door. I'm disappointed in the condo & vacasa's under reaction to this situation. We have stayed in many Vacasa/vrbo condos in the past without any issues.
