Construction is complete and it looks amazing. The two bedrooms can sleep four and there are two queen sized air mattresses available to accommodate extra guests.(located in laundry room or closet, with extra sheets).
As you enter the stairway, you go up 2 flights of stairs and enter on the left. There you enter into your kitchen which is open to the dining room and living room. There are two doors to a large wrap around patio as well. As you go down the hall to the bedrooms, there is a laundry room, and then one spacious bathroom, both on the left. On the right there is a Queen bedroom with an attached spacious bath and large walk in closet. Last down the hall is another bedroom, also with a Queen bed.
Location is absolutely the best. 3 miles or 5 minute cab (or Uber) ride to downtown Nashville but you are walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and shops. 10 miles to airport, very close to Vanderbilt University and Peabody, Belmont, and David Lipscomb Universities. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry in unit, walk in closet, and expansive balcony. Look out from your balcony to trendy Imogene & Willie across the street, and Portland Brew Coffee and Frothy Monkey right there as well. You can probably see Flip Side and Urban Grub from the balcony too. Don't miss the lovely Sevier Park just a few blocks away. Edley's BBQ, Burger Up, Las Paletas, Jeni's Ice Cream, 12th South Taproom, Josephine, Taqueria del Sol, Sloco Sandwich, and Epice are all a short walk. BarTaco and the lovely CraftSouth are in the building's ground floor.
In case you have a larger group and need an additional unit, I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit across the hall. That listing is #690044.
This is a great place to call home for a couple nights, a couple weeks, or a longer stay. However, please do not book if you are going to be excessively loud and disruptive to regular tenants in the building. I ask that you be considerate of others - there are places to go drinking down the street. Thank you.
My uncle owns this property and my aunt designed it. I loved seeing it built from the ground up. I hope you like it as much as I do. Thanks for looking!
PS: TV and Wifi internet now available.
