From the greenhouse lounge to various patios and BBQ areas to the rope swings chimes and over 2 acres with badminton and two canoes for exploring the marshes, we invite you to get lost in the countryside from a base of unparalleled comfort. Did we mention the famous outdoor shower with rain head.

With five bedrooms five and half baths, endless overstuffed couches and outdoor lounge areas, there are fewer more comfortable places to live and entertain. Next door to Burying Hill Beach, a five minute walk to the Greens Farms Metro north station, right off exit 18 on I95 North and a 15 minute bike ride into the quint town of Southport, you could not ask for a more centrally located yet off the beaten path property.

The home is beautifully curated with the most comfortable and elegant furniture and art collection. Pipe music from the library to the cabana and pool for dance parties and watch the sail boat races from the hill with cocktail from the cabana mini fridge in hand.

The property is planted with grapes and fruit trees that yield mid summer. The generator ensures power is never lost and the two car garage keeps your toys safe. Have a boat? The house comes with an 18’ boat slip at Campo Beach - a marina three miles away included with your rental.

About Jesse Levin

The photo above is of Louise Levin AKA Mamma Levin the owner of the house. She ran the house more like a bed and breakfast for the community than a private family home. The entire time we spent growing up in the house it would constantly change as she viewed the space as her blank palette. From salons for visiting dignitaries to musicians and all the festivities associated with being a teenager the house was always alive with energy. The furniture, art and all of the design nuances are indicative of all of the love and magic that happened.

Why Jesse Levin chose Connecticut

45 minutes from New York but a world away. It is country living without having to be entirely disconnected from the vibrancy and energy of the city. Our family loves the water, culture and peace and quiet - here we were able to have it all.

What makes this estate unique

You cant quite beat swinging on the hammock with a fire in the fire pit in the background and watching the sail boat races on Wednesday night. The wind chimes, trees and birds make you feel like your hours outside of any big city in the countryside but NYC is only 45 minutes away.

The out door shower, skylights throughout the house, views of the water, wind chimes, antique green house converted into lounge.... It is a magical place.

Sophisticated estate for entertaining on the water

This bohemian estate is designed for entertaining, for families, for getaways and for everyday living. The location is exclusive and ideal; the setting is expansive and totally usable. The home is perfectly outfitted with gorgeous linens, bar ware, a sound system, a badminton court, pool and 4 outdoor grilles. There are several areas outside and inside to host a party for 20+ and the owner has outfitted every area to accommodate. The art, the furnished solarium, the master with a walk-up sun room: there are too many unique elements to even describe. And Jesse, who manages the property, is beyond responsive and lovely to work with. I wish I could stay longer.

The property is located right on the coast of Westport very close to the town centers of Southport and Westport. The property feels worlds apart surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped bliss with hammocks, fire pit, pool and sound views but is incredibly close to shopping and easy access to NYC. The Greens Farms Train Station is less than half a mile away and is an easy five minute walk. I95 is around the corner and the Bridgeport ferry to Long Island is a ten minute drive away.

Ten minutes drive takes you into Weston and Easton where there are beautiful orchards, reservoirs and beautiful woods to explore.

Cleaning Fee:
For a one week rental the one time cleaning fee is $300.00.
For rentals over a week the cleaning fee is $300 weekly for a required cleaning once x week.
For a monthly rental the total cleaning fee is $600

Renters Insurance is required to rent the property and you must have the following coverage:
$1M in Liability coverage. This is on top of the property protection included through VRBO.

Checkin is at 12:00 day of rental and checkout is at 12:00 on the final day of the rental term.

Security deposit varries with lenght of stay but works out to roughly $5,000 x week depending on details of rental, size of group etc.

If payment is made with Credit Card any associated Fees will need to be paid and if they are not will be deducted from Security Deposit.
