IT IS A 3 BEDROOM – BUNGALOW, WITH POOL – IN A GATED COMMUNITY. Very safe, clean home - Includes free access to top notch tennis courts, fitness centre, large heated pool, hot tub, Polo trace club house. Located on Top 10 golf course [public courses @$20-30/round w cart within 5min]. All amenities, high speed internet & cable, restaurants, movie theatre, shopping malls & nature reserves very close by, Delray beach & downtown 15min! Fully furnished. Bonus: entertainment includes billiards table, darts, games, etc.

Pool deck has remote cover, night lighting, BBQ fully fenced and maintained pool.

Master BR includes walk in closets, walk out to pool deck, private washroom, cable TV

Second BR has Queen bed, TV access to washroom shared with 3rd bedroom.

Third bedroom has bunk beds for adults or up to 3 children.

We loved the home and location. Very clean and loads of amenities offered. Close to everything - beaches, shopping, golf courses & nature trails. The house pool was very convenient as well as the option to use the larger community pool & well equipped gym. The community is extremely well kept and clubhouse is recently renovated. Would definitely recommend staying here. owners were great to work with.

Best Kept Secret

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was absolutely complete with everything you needed in a home, including TVs, BBQ, pool, internet, pool table, full kitchen, bedding, etc. The community is quiet, peaceful, impeccable and the streets/homes are from a movie set (I think of the Truman Show).

• Your deposit against representing last months rent rate is 100% non-refundable should you decide not to rent or materially change the rental dates agreed to.
• We will supply you with a house key/garage opener and access card which must be returned [left in home on kitchen counter] on the last day of your stay.
• Please review all HOA rules and regulation. Note specifically that there should be no noise (including music) after 10pm. Please respect that our neighbors go to bed earlier therefore and we appreciate if you move indoors after 10pm.
• We appreciate that any household supplies, propane or other items used by you while staying at our home are replaced after leaving. We request that you leave our home in the same condition in which it was in when you arrived. Please do not leave any food in the fridge or any dishes (dirty or clean) in the dishwasher and ensure that all garbage is removed when you leave.
• You agree to abide by all HOA rules and regulations during your stay. Note that you should not have any other overnight guests without prior approval by Fred or Sherry Burke.
• If any accidents or property damage occur during your stay those items are brought to our attention immediately and a resolution agreed to before any work is completed on the repair.
• Due to liability issues we are unable to allow our guests use of the golf cart in our garage for any reason. [the Polo Trace course fee includes golf carts].
• Note there is no home phone
