Our basement apartment offers two rooms/bedrooms capable of accommodating up to four. Entry bedroom offers a queen bed. Rear bedroom has a single bed. Roll-away available. Kitchen off entry bedroom is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Rear bedroom provides only access to freshly renovated full bathroom. Side door offers separate and private entrance to the apartment. We make ourselves available during your stay but you are free to come and go as you like. We live upstairs in the main house. If you need anything during your stay we will try our best to accommodate you. Apartment is most conveniently located withing walking distance to Cary and Broad Streets. You will enjoy the architectural details of quaint period homes as well as manicured front yards. You can see a movie, go to a museum, eat dinner at gourmet restaurants all without getting in your car. Walking is the best! Bus lines run within a block of the house. Richmond is an UBER&LYFT ride sharing friendly city. Street parking is available. Your hosts Paul and Margaret speak French and Polish (respectively). Make yourself at home and treat apartment as you would your home. Sorry for no pets nor smoking inside apartment.
