ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.
With 2433 acres of skiable terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service.
It’s also known as the Local’s Favorite. Perhaps that’s due to Copper’s long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. True ski-in, ski-out unit within steps of the American Eagle Lift.

Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Right across the bridge from Center Village, so location is great.
Our stay was great! Josh was easy to get ahold of, and w head everything we needed! It is about a five minute walk to any lifts and with gear it's a little bit of a trek, but not horrible! House was clean and had all we needed- kitchen was fully stocked! We would stay here again!
First the good....location. Snow bridge is a five minute walk to American Eagle or Flyer and close to everything in Center Village. The condo is well equipped with beds, King in master, a full/single bunk in 2nd bedroom and pull out sofa in living room. kitchen is fully equipped, although the pots and pans have seen better days for sure. Nice master bath and also a 3/4 bath close to second bdrm. Parking in the garage is included and there's an elevator and lots of luggage carts for hauling gear to the room....ski storage just inside door to the condo...very convenient.
The bad....the condo looks tired. I'd call the decor ski town rustic. Things are a little beat up and needs some TLC in my opinion. Things like not having enough / mismatched light bulbs in bathroom lighting fixtures were puzzling. A towel rack in the bathroom was torn off the wall when we arrived. While there's a great view from front balcony and master bedroom, the 2nd bedroom is noisy as you're going to hear every truck that goes by on
I-70. The shower stall in second bath gave us a good laugh as its about 48 inches wide, but only about 15 inches deep...you'd better be skinny, people.
Overall very convenient and lots of room....
I stayed with three buddy's during our annual ski-trip Feb 4-7. First - the Bronco's won the Super Bowl, so that makes everything awesome.
About the person we dealt with, Josh was responsive when I emailed or texted him.
The BAD about the unit -
DO NOT BELIEVE the statement "Additional sleeping for two more adults is provided on a very comfortable, queen-size, sleeper sofa." This sofa needs to be replaced. It's worn out, uncomfortable, and we couldn't find sheets or blankets to fit it. Also - there was a VCR unit on the ground but we didn't see "a DVD player" attached to the TV, the cable worked intermittently, and there is no telephone. No problem for us though, just the add is not accurate.
The condo had filthy carpets and a bathroom towel rod that was broken. The kitchen could have been better stocked with pots/pans/utensils/sharp knives. Snowbridge Square is in decay, it will need a remodel sometime soon. Stucco is falling off, floorboards in the hall are cracked and squishy, Not a great feel.
The GOOD about the unit -
This condo unit was functional, clean, and conveniently located. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were comfortable. The wifi worked. There was plenty of towels. The fridge/coffee maker, oven worked fine. The fireplace needed better instructions (Josh provided via text), but worked once we figured it out. The hot tub was big and operational on one of our three nights. The decor said - SKI CONDO, and we like that. The heat worked and it was simple to get in/out. Liquor Store downstairs was a bonus. Parking garage was a huge plus.
The best part of the stay was the convenience to / from the lift. It was so cool to eat lunch at the condo.

This condo unit was large, clean, and conveniently located - but it needs a little work. The large burner on the oven was out of order, the oven door wouldn't close squarely, and the BBQ on the back porch was completely dead - so cooking for my family was challenging at times and the steaks I brought up to grill went back home with us. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were comfortable - but the pull-out couch mattress had seen better days. The 2 TVS were big and nice - so the kids appreciated that. The wifi access was sketchy - but that is common with most mountain properties. The hot tub was big and operational. I never tried out the fireplace, so I can't comment on that. A few hundred dollars (to fix the oven and buy a new grill) and a bit of work and this place could be a 4 star.
Nice place, very quiet compared to the condo's closer to the village. The beds were comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. The grille was hard to light but we used it and appreciated it. Also, we could not get the fireplace started. Overall it was as nice place for a ski trip.
