We have been going to Provo since 1995 and have enjoyed both Grace Bay and Northwest Point. We enjoy the serenity of Northwest Point and established relationships with so many great people over the years. Coming from the Northeast, its a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. For us, there's not a better place to relax!

Why Steve chose Wheeland Settlement
We chose Northwest Point because of its serenity and location, very private. No crowded beaches, plenty of great shells. Great place to just relax.

Northwest Point is a nice quiet property.
Very nice property with a small pool, beautifully surrounded by palms. The beach is quite big and very quiet as well although we were here for a few days with very strong winds which made the beach area less desirable. A long walk to the east will offer an opportunity for some good Conch hunting as we found 16 of them once we knew what to look for. These are not live though and can be found poking up through the sand. The past few days were quite calm though and offers good snorkeling. Our unit overlooking the pool also included a nice view to the turquoise waters. The unit itself is nicely laid out and fairly roomy. The restaurant on the property does not offer breakfast so come prepared. Lost power and water for over a dinner period and until 11:00 am the next morning but made some adjustments and made it work. Good value overall. Thanks Steve and Susan for a great stay.
We apologize for your inconvenience during the power loss but hope it didn't damper your overall stay. Thank you for choosing our property.
Peaceful and beautiful!
If you are looking for a quiet and leisurely pace to your island getaway then this is the place! Our suite was very comfortable and we had a nice ocean view from the balcony as well as the pool. Wonderful ocean breezes. Very clean unit and well-maintained pool/hot tub. Steve and Sue were great to deal with and always responded promptly. Reasonable price too! We had one meal at the NW Point grill and enjoyed that as well as the rum punch. Very friendly staff. Make sure you rent a car and explore this picturesque island.
Carol, Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed the property and our unit. It was our pleasure.
Comfortable, well-appointed apartment in beautiful location
If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Gorgeous beach, far from the crowds of Grace Beach. Lovely apartment, terrific pool and hot tub. Car is necessary, but it was great fun to explore the island.
Lucie we are glad you had a great vacation and a comfortable stay.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. My wife and I had a wonderful time at this one bedroom condo on the ocean. A small 45 unit condominium resort, private, quiet, secluded. The people we did come in contact with were very friendly and it appeared everyone there fully appreciated the seclusion and tranquility of the resort. Although on a map, NWP appears to be on the edge of nowhere, it is in fact, only a 20 minute drive to the heart of the island. We rented an inexpensive small Suzuki from Payless and it served us very well getting around the island. The unit was tidy, clean and a perfect launch point for our day trips around the island visiting Grace Bay and the variety of beaches.
Exactly as advertised, great!

Spacious Condo with a very private beach - Rental Car Required
In short, the condo is very nice and comfortable, with a very private beach, a big pool and warm hot tub both open 24hrs. If you are looking for a peaceful get a way this is the place.
Highlights: Overall very nice condo and a comfy full bed. Plenty of kitchen tools etc.. to get by, including a very clean and HUGE grill just a few steps away. Resort includes Paddle Boarding and Kayaks free of charge.
Negatives: Unfortunately the entire island was hit by some serious wind when we were there so we didn't get to use the kayaks much. Also I would prefer a larger bed given the size of the condo a queen would fit nicely the full was a bit small.
A rental car is definitely required. Taxi ride was nearly $100 to get to the resort. And their isn't much of anything in / near the resort. The restaurant while it did serve some good food is more of an outdoor bar with food. And don't forget the 22% resort tax...
Keeping in mind that a rental car is required, this is a nice value for those seeking a more private Provo experience.

Enjoy walks along the beach and the National Wildlife Preserve. Only 15 minutes from the airport and shopping. A car is recommended to explore the beauty and culture of Provo.
