Newly remodeled- beautiful white quartz countertops throughout. While most of our managed condos are Gulf side, we are highly fond of Sabine. The views are just as spectacular and can actually be more serene. You can see lights at night, instead of the darkness of the ocean. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without some beach! Why not take advantage of the tennis courts or outside grilling/lounge area on property while you’re at it?

Wow! Wonderful Condo!

So much space! As soon as you walk-in your hit with an amazing view! The kitchen and dining area is nice and open. We had many late nights playing cards on the huge table. The wine fridge is a plus. The beds are very comfy. The back bedroom has it's own mini kitchenette & private entrance. We are a family of 7 and never felt like we were on top of each other. It's also came with Beach chair set up daily & use of paddle board or kyack. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beach Bum BB!

Spacious but odd layout

Plenty of space yet the layout is somewhat strange as there is no hallway and you must pass through rooms to get to the common areas. Also there were dimmers on most lights and some seem to flicker every now and then. Dimmers should be replaced with regular light switches.

Nice but No Privacy!

Overall this condo was nice, but I feel the privacy issue should be addressed first, & in my opinion the owner should have been more forthcoming before booking.

This condo was 2 condos made into one. When you first walk in from the main door you are met with an incredible view of the inter-coastal through a wall of windows and glass doors. The kitchen is immediately to the right and living room to the left. There is a small but full bathroom located in the living area. As you pass through the living area to your left you'll enter the first master bedroom. The bathroom in this room is large, but for some reason the mirrors over the sink are actually sliding glass that opens up to the living room. Yes, the bathroom opens up into the living room. I have no idea why they didn't just make a wall. Now, you continue the same direction and you'll locate the smaller bedroom with a day/trundle bed in it. That's right, anyone who sleeps in this room MUST go through the master bedroom to use the restroom or go in/out of the room. As you move through the small bedroom you'll find the 2nd master bedroom at the end of the condo. The 3rd bathroom in the master bedroom has one wall of the bathroom that is comprised of solid glass brick that looks into the small bedroom. That's right, the shower looks into the room where children will likely sleep. Now, I realize glass bricks are relatively private from a sight standpoint, but not so much from sound and certainly does not give the feeling of privacy. Especially since you feel like someone can see/hear you in the shower or even using the toilet. The 2nd master bedroom does have it's own entrance into the hallway; however, how likely is it that anyone would use this door if they need a glass of water or a snack late at night in their pajamas or robe?? Therefore, you have to walk through the kids room AND the 1st master bedroom to get to the kitchen. There's no way around it. I felt so sorry for my sister and brother-in-law. They chose this room as a courtesy to us (they have kids, we don't) but they had absolutely NO PRIVACY!! If the kids were in the LR & wanted to go their bedroom they had to walk through their parents room. If they wanted to go to the bathroom from their bedroom, they had to walk through master bedroom. If we wanted to go to the kitchen at PM/AM we had to walk through their bedroom & the kids room. This site will not give me enough space for full review Or I would address the positives.

Good location, great views and very spacious

Would have liked a heads up to look for a check-in information email (we were on vacation prior to arriving at the condo and did not have consistent service/access to our email). No front desk on site. A very nice resident took us to the one of the building managers condo to help us figure out what to do, received the check-in info email 2 days after arriving. Once we got into the condo we were pleasantly surprised how accurate the photos were (other than a little wear & tear), the condo has a very "unique" lay out, great views from every room, fabulous open kitchen, dining and living room. We did have some issues with the interior and exterior lighting, which was mostly taken care of throughout the week (never did get the exterior lighting to work). Stephanie and Chris were super sweet, helpful and did their best to correct the lighting situation. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Owner's Response: Hi, thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback. This is such a great condo and now it's getting a facelift! We had a long term renter move out and just started short term rentals- with a building built so long ago, now we have some updates to do! We did completely agree with the crazy lighting they installed from the beginning. We've actually already installed new lights and chandeliers so the tracks aren't needed. We're renovating bathrooms too! Oh, also please check your confirmations- we have a short list of what to expect from booking onward and it does mention to look for arrival instructions through our guest app, which comes via email. Notifications are sent automatically according to arrival date 30 days prior, 2-weeks prior, and morning of arrival. We want an easy in and easy out! Can't wait for your next stay so we can "WOW" you with the updates!

Great views and lots of space

Very responsive rental company! Condo was clean and beautiful. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen and fantastic views.. We would stay again.
