HOUSE NOTES 1. If the alarm fails to turn off, pull out AC power cord from socket in wall and then remove the red and black clips on the backup battery that rests inside the brown/beige metal alarm box on lower East side wall in the small bedroom in the front of the house. 2. Do not cook on backburners with the fan on or at least beware. The fan can extinguish the flame and cause a gas explosion if allowed to happen. 3. The washing machine only takes HE laundry detergent. 4. There is a button on the dryer that says Wrinkle Shield that button when turned off/light off will prevent the dryer from automatically turning on periodically after the cycle is finished. 5. Please take garbage (black bin) and blue (recycling bin) out on Wednesday night to the curb, with the handle toward the curb. The bins are emptied early Thursday morning. 6. Please do not put hot pans, things on countertops or it will be damaged. Additionally, please do not cut on the countertops or it will be damaged. 7. Please bring mail inside the house from the mailbox. 8. wifi password on modem under desk From Airport take 405 Freeway to La Cienega Blvd exit, go North on La Cienega to Melrose Ave. Take a Right on Melrose and then a left on La Jolla. The house is 3/4 of the way up the street on the right (East) side. Park in the Driveway.
