About Vacasa, CA - Inland Empire Local Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

All was well except...
Wonderful property! Very cozy and makes you feel at home. Only bad impression would be the comforters on each bed looked like they weren’t even washed and the beds were just made. The master bedroom’s comforter had little white dog hairs all over it. Other then just the cleanliness of the beds, the property itself was beautiful
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home!
My husband and I and our two adult children just spent three days at this beautiful home in Big Bear Lake. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. There were so many thoughtful details provided for the guests including soaps, shampoos, extra linens, laundry detergent, a new clean sponge by the kitchen sink, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, board games, welcome jazz music on the cable TV, good wi-fi, and clear instructions regarding check in and out. The house is quite modern and has many upgraded fixtures and features. It is located close to everything in the city. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely rental home and highly recommend it to future travelers!
Nice if you don't want T.V or Internet
Master Bath is great, Kitchen looks nice but is not layed out well for a lot of cooking. Very quiet location. Lots of stairs but worth the view.
We' sorry for the misinformation regarding the cable and wifi. Both cable and internet are offered, but are only a basic service--no high speed capability. They tried to hook up their Roku device but it wasn't compatible. Thank you.
Had a short weekend in Big Bear. This home was very clean and the backyard view of the trees were nice and peaceful.
This our first experience with Vacasa. It wasn't snow season when we went so we enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. That was our goal and it was met.
