This second floor villa boasts airy cathedral ceilings, has partial ocean views from the living room, deck, and master bedroom. The living room has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, and a 50 inch LED flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace with swivel capability so it can be viewed from the dining and kitchen area. The adjacent dining area seats four. A sliding glass door from the living area opens to the furnished deck, where guests can enjoy dining with a view of the ocean through palm trees and relax comfortable deck furniture to enjoy the ocean breezes with your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has its own TV and deck access. Guests also have cable and wireless internet access, and a desk area for their laptop.
The villa is in an excellent central location, with direct beach access, is within short walking distance to Night Heron Park's green spaces and playground, the Marketplace café which features breakfast, lunch, and offers convenience type items and souvenirs. Guests enjoy easy access to Kiawah's 30 plus miles of paved bike trails, which leads to tennis, championship golf, shopping and dining in East Beach Village.
Each Windswept Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, and 24-hour security in a gated community.The wireless service requires a login and password. For guests staying 10/1/18 through 12/14/18 , please be aware there may be some construction noise in the villa complex as exterior work happens on the buildings and parking areas.
