This stylish and spacious 1800 sqft apartment is located in downtown Pass Christian, MS. It’s 1 block from the harbor and within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, shopping areas, parks, and a library.

Great for business trips, romantic getaways, and family vacations alike. Experience the beach lifestyle and enjoy the awe-inspiring sunrise of the Gulf Coast. Take a walk along Scenic Drive where you can view the Gulf Coast’s most prominent waterfront historic properties (100+ year old homes and 500 year old trees). Then spend your evening relaxing on the grand, wrap-around deck at the apartment, with panoramic views and fresh gulf breezes.

Details:

The building has only 1 apartment, and it takes up the entire 2nd floor. Key features of the apartment include an open floor plan, a large main living area with faux-wood tile floors, equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and free cable & Wi-Fi.

Note: No parties (groups over 10) are allowed in the apartment.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, and utility/laundry room. Room details:

Bedroom 1 (Master): Furnished with a queen bed (Tuft and Needle), flat- screen TV, dresser, large walk-in closet (hangers included), master bathroom with 2 sinks and Tub/Shower combo.

Bedroom 2: includes 2 Twin XL beds, closet, and a large flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 3: includes a set of Twin bunk beds, dresser, and a closet.

Kitchen: has an electric stove with over the range microwave, dinnerware for 6, 4 wine glasses, cork screw, non-stick pots and pans, refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, dishwasher (dish-soap included) pantry, knives, cooking supplies, utensils, Keurig Coffee-maker (coffee, cream, and sugar included) and a toaster-oven.

Dining Area: furnished with 4 chairs and 1 round table. 4 bar stools and kitchen counter top can accommodate additional guests.

Main Living Area: includes high ceilings, 2 large couches, 1 love seat, 60 inch flat-screen TV, and a storage closet.

Guest Bathroom: includes a walk-in shower, vessel sink, and tile floors. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for up to 6 guests included with rental.

Utility/Laundry Room: includes washer, dryer iron and ironing board (essential for our military guests), laundry detergent, and extra supplies for guests to use during their stay.

The apartment is kept in pristine condition; everything is always clean and fresh. It is equipped with a cellular-security system and you are welcome to use it during your stay. Feeling safe will help you relax!

Check-In Procedure:

On the morning of your arrival we will send you an access code for the apartment. The main entrance is secured with an electric lock that requires a digital passcode to open. For security reasons, the Passcodes are changed for each new guest. You can arrive at your convenience day or night (we have automated lighting). The welcome manual in the apartment will help you with everything else. Normal arrival time is after 4 PM, but most of the time we can accommodate anytime after 11 AM. Let us know if you need something early.

Check-Out Procedure:

Before you leave, double check that you didn’t forget anything! Look under the bed and couch cushions (most common areas we find lost items) for things you may have left behind. But if you do lose something we will do our best to help. Regular checkout is by 1 PM. When you leave, just be sure to lock the door. We have done our best to make Check-In and Check-Out easier.

The lower level of the building is private office space. It’s happy and quiet.

It’s located in the heart of Pass Christian with views of the new harbor and in comfortable walking distance to many of the restaurants, shops, and services that are highlights of the Pass. If you’re feeling lucky (or hungry), the coast casinos are close by, and New Orleans is only a 1-hour drive away.

This upstairs apartment is beautifully furnished, organized and neat, perfectly supplied, and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shops. We loved it! We will definitely try to stay there again. Caleb was a pleasure to work with.

Great updated unit. Very clean.

My family and I rented this unit for our weekend fishing trip. Everything was very nice and clean. The unit is very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to beaches and restaurants. We are already planning our next trip.
