5 Points Bungalow~2bdrm/1bth~5 Min Walk To Groceries, Cafes, Museums, Bars, Etc
The Bungalow was built in 1919 with recent renovations to kitchen, bath and dining room.
It has unique character, an amazing location and all in all a wonderful feel! This is a furnished two bedroom, one bath; with a dining room, den and kitchen. There is a futon in the den that is appropriate for two adult. Both beds are queen sized. There is a great front porch for taking it all in.
There is a pack n play & child gates if that is desired. There is a small front yard with flowers, a berry patch and veggies growing in season. There is a quaint front porch that overlooks downtown and a gorgeous Weeping Willow tree. There is permitted on street parking directly in front of house. It is perfect for up to six guests and families are encouraged. This is a great location with walkable access to many fun and exciting things, but all in all a neighborhood, so everyone is welcome and families are encouraged.
Be a part of the neighborhood with amenities of the city!

I like to have fun & meet new people and hear about new experiences so as to expand my own understanding of this life. I appreciate travel and exploring new cultures, especially sub-cultures. I like to do fun building projects and see how I might take old materials and recreate them in a new fashion. I am fairly laid back and I prefer to host people who are also laid back and appreciate bohemian lifestyles. I appreciate the urban and rural ways of life and try to live them both to the fullest. I like new experiences so I've had a variety of jobs/careers: I've been a dishwasher; a farmer; a whitewater rafting guide, a wildland fire manager (in over half the country and other countries too); I served as Director of the Environmental Center @ the local University; got with some awesome colleagues and co-founded the Asheville Buncombe Food Policy Council, I proudly serve as a Guardian ad Litem (child advocacy in the court system) and I do a little community organizing around economic, environmental & overall social justice. As far as how my style relates to you, my neighbor, I am real hands off! I have a full life and don't hang around too when I do, I like to relax, converse and giggle.
Owner/Manager purchased this Bungalow in 2000
Why Owner/Manager chose Five Points
This location is ideal in the sense the front yard is the City but the sides & back yard are neighborhoods, it truly is on the brink. The neighborhood, 5-Points, is very eclectic in its nature, both houses and residents. You can access 3 grocery stores within a 2-5 minute walk, 1 is a health food store, one is Trader Joes & one is a more conventional store- Harris Teeter. There is a great coffee shop 2 minutes away & the rest is a 10-15 minute walk.

Close to downtown but missing some modern conveniences
Easy to walk downtown. Nice kitchen but lacking dishwasher. No TV. Nice front porch. Only street parking.
